My parcel arrived later than advertised however it was around New Year’s Day. After following up with Pack Send as to the delay, my parcel arrived the following day. The website was easy to navigate it would recommend Pack Send for future service.

Absolutely wonderful service. Fastest delivery I've experienced from a courier. Highly recommended.

Aramex should not be included in your arsenal of couriers. They have never picked up or delivered on time.

Disappointing. This is not a service to use if you require some basic communication about parcel pick-up and likely delivery times so that you can plan. Parcel from Sydney to Brisbane took 2 weeks, not the 2-3 days indicated online (this is more than a slight delay). Issues: - online form asks you to book a pick-up/collection time but the process is meaningless - the pick-up window is an entire day (9am to 5/6pm), with no guarantee or confirmation of when (what day let alone time) your parcel will ACTUALLY be collected by the courier. They pay no attention to the selected pick-up window. - parcel was not collected on the selected pick-up date with no communication about why or when it would be next picked up. There was only an auto-system email confirming that the parcel had not been collected as scheduled - 5 days later it had still not been collected with no followup from anyone. - on eventual pick-up, the courier indicated that the dispatch forms (which you are asked to print as part of the self-service) are not required - they only need the sheet with the QR code which links to all the details and allows tracking. - the tracking function allowed us to know where the parcel was at any point in time - however, it also showed that the parcel sat in places for days at a time, not moving anywhere. - when the parcel eventually arrived at the collection centre in Brisbane, the collection notice was sent to us (the senders) rather than the recipient! I'm not sure what condition the parcel arrived in as the recipient hasn't given much information (normally they send photos confirming what they've received - the fact that they haven't this time, makes me query the condition of the parcel). Also, for noting, you have the option of choosing self-service (they collect your prepared parcel from your site) OR assisted service at one of their local centres (you take your prepared parcel to them). However, the difference in cost between these two options was over $100 for our parcel, ie, over $100 for their staff to simply print a single sheet with a QR code on it and stick to the parcel box! Very unreliable, inefficient service - wasted a lot of our time, causing much stress. Wouldn't use again. No-one can sit around for days at a time waiting for a courier to show up when they feel like it, nor waiting for parcel to be delivered.

The booking process was very easy and the price was very competitive. No fuss with pick up and delivery was quick and smooth.

your price is cheaper than Australia Post, your online system made it easy for cusumer. Pickup is quite spot on.

I sent three virtually identical packages over the space of a week. Two were fine but the third sat there for a week without being sent off and took 2 weeks all up to get from Adelaide to Perth. I needed to make 3 follow up enquiries to get it moving.

Initially the service was good to use although the amount of detail required was excessive compared to Australia Post. However, having my parcel (worth under $60Canadian) held up by DHL for payment of import duty (as the duty was calculated by including the shipping fee!!!!) seem to be unethical in the extreme. This has never occurred using Australia and Canada Post.

Had to send a large package from SA to WA. I have never done this before but the process was so easy to do. No stress!!

Very disappointing service. Two boxes labeled with Packsend supplied requirements (box 1 of 2 / box 2 of 2) for two small children for Christmas and only one box has been delivered. Customer service was great in assisting on the phone but no follow or correspondence since and still no second box!

Have used this company on various occasions and have found them very reliable. Dropped a parcel to them at 1030 one morning it had arrived at its destination at 1630 in Brisbane the following afternoon. Thoroughly recommend this company. Run rings around that other mob.

Pickup didn't happen on selected day and package was lost for over 3 weeks. Customer serrvice didn't seem to care until they were reminded the package had insurance meaning they'd have to pay. Only after this was mentioned did the they start to look for the package. Not even an apology netherlone any offer of compensation. Consider other providers before Pack And Send

I have sent a parcel from South Yarra to Madcot, NSW through Pack And Send South Yarra outlet on 31 October 2024. However, the parcel was not delivered as at to-date 20th December 2024. After sending a numerous emails to the company, and they claimed that the parcel was lost and cannot be locate in their NSW warehouse. They only offer $5 to compensate for the lost of my parcel. Very bad service, I will never use Pack And Send to deliver any parcels again.

The person on the phone was everything but helpful and professional. They were soooo ready to hang up as soon as they picked it up. There was a delay in my parcel, and without getting to the bottom of the story (which they refused to), they immediately said, as quoted: "Well, it is your fault." No urgent care, no solution, no responsibility taken, all I got was "I could return you the money and you go find someone else." after the time and money they costed me. The only way to get things done seems to be emailing a lady named Lisa. As soon as I was in contact with her, it ran smoothly. But still, every information was recorded wrong at the first place.

I was desperate to send a parcel to New Zealand before Christmas but Australia Post refused it because of the size. Pack and Send saved the day. The paperwork was easy to complete and print and the Pack and Send man even came to the car to collect it. The parcel has arrived in NZ and I couldn't be happier. A bit more expensive but worth it. Thank you.

Useless service. Called every day for them to pick up the box. Never called back to update me when they said they would. Missed my cut off for delivery. Departed almost 2 weeks after it was requested.
