I ordered a Vango Scran electric grill from Outdoor World. The next day, I received a message to tell me that it wasn't in stock and providing me with options: cancel with a full refund or wait about a week for fresh stock to come in. I decided on the latter course of action and was kept fully updated throughout the entire time between my initial reply and the item being delivered within less than a week. This felt like really first-class customer service, with emails from real people, rather than a "bot", and proper consideration given to my requirements. It's not the first time I have ordered from Outdoor World and I have always been 100% satisfied beforehand - now it's up to 200%! And the grill I ordered was extremely well-priced too. Win-win!
