Outdoor world direct have treated me unbelievably well, I purchased a Vango awning from them in 2022 which unfortunately developed some problems. The staff at outdoor world direct fell over themselves to help me in whatever way the could!! Great items, good customer service. However, having paid £15 for Saturday delivery it would of been nice for the item to come on the Saturday and not the Monday. This is the only reason ive only given 3 stars.
