We ordered our tent bundle online which arrived on time with good tracking information throughout the process. We contacted OutdoorWorldDirect via e-mail with some additional questions which they replied to quickly and were more than happy to assist.

Shopped around and price for the tent we wanted was the lowest we could find by at least £200. Absolutely amazing service, tent arrived within 2 days. Another parcel containing other items didn’t appear but as soon as we contacted customer service they dispatched it again and we received it the next day. Have never ordered from OutdoorWorldDirect before but will definitely use them again

Purchased a Vango awning and had an issue with it under warranty. I contacted them and had an instant response showing their concern. The awning was collected sent to Vango and repaired under warranty and returned within 2 weeks. They kept me informed and updated and I could not have wished for anything better from Outdoor World Direct or Vango. On another note our electric hot plate packed up last week and we ordered new one come within a few days again excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone based on my personal experience with them. Many thanks David and Andrew for your help

I ordered 2 products. Checked that both were in stock. Took payment. No email confirmations next day or so and they knew i needed urgently. Rang up again and then said one in reception waiting for coutier and other not even in warehouse. Managed to get that onr refunded and order elsewhere, but if i knew that originslly would have ordered both elsewhere to save on shipping

Great Company. I needed a very quick out of hours delivery. Spoke to super helpful person on the phone, who not only found the item personally to make sure it was in stock, but also packed it himself and booked a courier to make sure it arrived on time. Fantastic customer service.

Quick delivery and the little air conditioner worked quite well. We have have only used it once at home and it wasn't very hot. But it seemed ok. We plan to use it in our campervan so hopefully it will be ok.

I always buy from this company wether online or visit the warehouse very welcoming, friendly staff and as for the online service/delivery can't fault them always arrive in 2-3 days or even the next day I always recommend this company to friends, family and work colleagues when a camping/outdoor conversation comes up x

Couldn’t place an order online as payment wouldn’t go through, so called the sales team. They were so helpful and sorted everything out. My order was shipped straight away and I received it the following morning. Would definitely use them again over Amazon!
