Called to check stock of Octagon tent, gentleman was very polite and helped with a brief time frame of dispatch etc. I went online and placed my order, to my surprise it was here in 3 days which was very fast !! Great prices products and great service want camping out door gear GO HERE!!

Hard to know where to start I have had probably the best cust experience ever from outdoor world direct. If all retailers treated their customers like this company does the world would be a better place. Communication could not be faulted the only issue I have is that they are stuck in the middle between the customer and the manufacturer. In my case the manufacturer was very unhelpful but Andrew fro outdoor world direct made sure I was happy credit where it’s due they put their customers first. I will be buying from them again and I have already recommended them to many friends and on internet forums Keep doing what your doing as customer service is becoming a thing of the past these days

Easy to use ordering platform - Phoned before hand just to check product was in stock and got friendly Customer Service who confirmed it was. So placed order online and it arrived packed well and on time.... Not actually used product as yet as it was awning for campervan and its blazing sunny here.... But the product is academic, the ordering / delivery experience was excellent.

The tent was not expensive, delivery was quick, and delivered by courier company which is the most professional delivery service for my area- the photo on website did not show the lighter Pamir green tent I received, but the colour may have been mentioned on website. However, a suitable, nice colour for my use.
