We recently purchased a Vango airbeam tent package from OutdorWorld and were extremely pleased with the service received. Delivery of all items was in the time stated. Two phone queries about the actual item specifics (was it a Rome II 550xl as purchased or just a Rome II as it said on box) were clear and helpful. Staff were polite and knowledgeable. When questioned about size of ground sheet protector after 1st camping trip, staff member David S, went over and above to investigate and clarify to resolve sending helpful videos! We were very impressed with his level and quality of service. We would strongly recommend using OutdoorWorld following this experience.
