I cannot rate this shop highly enough. I purchased a 6 man tent online at about 11pm. 9am the next day the shop contacted me to confirm that due to an error they had over sold the item. Instead of stonewalling me they immediately offered a free upgrade to the next one up the line, a significant price hike. It was delivered the next day. Absolutely marvellous service. This shop is 100% reccomended.

Ordered a tent for delivery but it turned out there had been a rush on sales of this item so delivery was slightly delayed until new stock came in. The delay was only two days and customer services were very good at keeping me informed and refunding delivery costs. I accept that sometimes things won’t go quite to plan and it’s how a business responds to these situations that matters so I was pleased with my experience despite a small delay
