We recently purchased the Wild Country Zonda 6EP and have named her 'Betty', following her outstanding resilience to the recent storm that swept the west coast of Britain last weekend (18/19 August 2023). 'Betty' encountered 17+ hours of strong winds, gusting 55mph and heavy rain on the Gower Coast, South Wales, last weekend. The tent remained solid throughout and did not encounter any damage or rain, despite several other branded tents experiencing burst beams, damaged poles and leaks. This is our first air beam tent and our second Wild Country family tent, as our previous Wild Country tent performed exceptionally well during the past 12 years. This very much influenced our decision to continue with Wild Country, coupled with the high specification and value with the Zonda 6EP. The price from Outdoor World Direct was the most competitive we were able to source online and the service and delivery have been great. We are happy to recommend the product, service, value and quality!

I bought a Coleman air tent from the online shop, which upon receipt I realised was too big / heavy for me to manage on my own. I emailed and explained the situation; the response from Andrew Stannard in customer service was swift and courteous and a courier return pick up was arranged for a day suitable to me. The few questions I subsequently had were also swiftly responded to. Andrew emailed to confirm the tent was received back and that a refund was being authorised which I received in my bank the same day. As returning items go, this was completely stress free and easy. Big tick from me - fast delivery, easy access to excellent customer service and quick response times. I will definitely be using and recommending Outdoor World Direct in the future.
