The product I purchased was dramatically cheaper than I had found with any other supplier and the free delivery arrived very quickly in perfect condition, I was also kept informed at every stage how the process was proceeding from the product being dispatched the same day to exactly when to expect it. Re my earlier review of Sandcrest S ...They checked and realised the Sandcrest S awning was too small for my doblo and have since replaced with no hassle. Haven't tried it out yet... waiting for dry weather just in case. Very happy with customer service from Outdoor World
I telephoned before placing my tent order and the person I spoke to was very helpful, answered my questions and added further advice. Delivery was next afternoon, very good for a couple of hundred miles. Tent itself(Coleman weather master 4xl air) was clearly brand new, as I expected, and seems to be everything I hoped for. At a terrific price.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Customer service was the very best I've experienced so far. Andrew was always there available to assist and answer my questions. The ordering process was seamless and the tent arrived 2 days later. I haven't pitched the tent yet so I won't review on that but as for OutdoorWorldDirect I 100% recommend them.
Tent arrived swiftly, with excellent delivery service and well packaged. Everything in order - very happy all round!
Package arrived the next day, even though had been promised for a week later. Table and chairs ideal for use in our beach hut - take up very little space when not in use and provide perfectly adequate dining table and chairs when erected. The bag is useful for carrying it, but it's quite heavy with table and chairs in. Handles long enough to carry on shoulder though.
Ordered the tent and other bits and it came very quickly, 1 day. Not opened it up yet but I can’t wait to use it.
Overall a great experience, an easy to use website which provided accurate information. My item was excellent value for money and the delivery was both faultless and quick.
I just doen a practice run putting the awning up took an hour for me first time due to the lack of in depth instructions, simple for somone whos done it before. Only issue i had was with the delivery company dpd they failed to deliver twice on said time and date but product is very good. Delivery issue was why i gave 4 stars.

Our two Vango Divine Camp Chairs were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately after the first use the stitching on one of the chairs started coming apart. I emailed Outdoor World to ask for a refund and Andrew responded really quickly, arranged for a courier to collect the faulty chair the following day and the money was refunded to my card within 5 days of contacting the company. That's what I call excellent customer service!

Companies are like people and can be difficult to judge until you hit a problem. It's how they deal with conflict that shows the true colours. And I can honestly say that although I have a bit of bother with some faulty product the way this marvellous family run business has dealt with the issues I have encountered is exemplary. I haven't yet got a full resolution but OutDoor World Direct are working hard to get there. You are obviously a business that has the desire to give 110% to customer care. Hence top reviews!
