Purchased two Vango Divine chairs, really happy with them, super comfy and at a great price. Couldn’t fault the service either, there was a slight delay as they needed to order in more stock but I was kept informed by email and and delivery was well within the timescales they gave. Would definitely use them again :)
I haven’t had the opportunity to unpack the tent yet, because it’s wanted for the 2024 season. I’ve awarded five stars because of the fantastic next day delivery.

The delivery service was quick and efficient however the tent was dumped in my garden in the rain. I can't add a review of the tent as I haven't used it yet.
We ordered deux inflatables mattresses, the delivery was fast and good packaging. One of the mattress seem to take more time to inflate but they look very comfy and good quality. We would have like some instructions as we had to go online to find some to know that it is recommended to inflate the mattresses 2 or 3 times before go camping.

Purchased some vango products. The in store team were helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to agree a price match with another retailer and all accessories were sold with 10% discount. Would recommend and will use the store again.
Poor customer service. Failed to meet delivery commitments and refused to refund the additional shipping costs we had to pay.
Fast dispatch, but courier (DPD) never even attempted delivery and dropped my parcel over five miles away at a pick up point! But outdoorworld refunded my delivery charge without any issues.
great quality tent at a good price with super fast delivery
Ordered on a Friday with Chelsea, it was expensive for a Saturday delivery but she said they would try there best to get sent out by 2pm and I might get it on Saturday with normal free post, she never gave me a guarantee but said they would try there best. It arrived on Saturday, so can't thank you enough, also I phoned and again Chelsea took time to make sure it was exactly what i wanted. Great service, Many thanks.
