Great service Bought a Vango Kela awning. The price was great - I bought a package of 4 items for pretty much the same price as other companies wanted for the awning alone. From order to delivery in under 24 hours. Delivery was free so top marks to Outdoor World and to DPD for achieving this.
The website is really easy to use with excellent value for money. We chose to go to the store and collect our item. The staff in the store were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they had. We will definitely be buying from them again.
Excellent Service from Outdoor World Direct. We ordered three tents which arrived the following day, a Saturday, I hadn't expected them until the Monday, the next working day. We then had a problem with one of the tent poles, which I raised to Outdoor World Direct on a Monday, they tackled this issue with the manufacturer and we received a replacement pole on the Thursday. The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Very impressive Customer Service.
