Fantastic service
Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and efficient. Awning arrived safely packaged and in excellent condition, but not had the opportunity to use it yet. Considered dropping a star for extra postage to Scottish Highlands, but overall price was still good.

Well packaged, quick despatch and delivery.
This is an alternative to a wind out awning. It feels quite heavy at 4.5kgs, but it is compact in its bag. OK, might be a pain to take it down when you go out for the day but on the positive side, it hasn't increased the height of our VW campervan so it still fits under height restriction barriers. Looks easy to use. At £100, can't go wrong!

We recently ordered an driveaway awning and inner tent bundle from Outdoor World and it arrived very quickly. When we put the awning up as a test we had noticed that the inner tent wasn't compatible. We contacted outdoor world asking for help and they responded very quickly, they soon realised that due to an error on the manufacturers site the two items were not compatible. They arranged for an alternative to be shipped out and agreed to arrange collection and refund the difference in price. We had noticed shortly after this they updated their Website and removed the bundle to prevent the same thing happening to others. Start to finish service has been excellent so wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, thanks very much:)
