The best customer service I have ever had. They help from the start to the end without delay. I am writing from Türkiye. For Turkish customers, beware of the Turkish custom regulations. Ask for air parcel not the land parcel, because TNT has different procedures for land parcels.
The pre-order item was good price and OWD was upfront about the expected delivery date which was only a few days out. Good service and I was kept informed on progress of my order.

Great experience. Called into the store in Ossett thinking we knew what we wanted having looked online but came away with a much better tent for our needs. Great to see the tents up and with mattresses and table in to give an idea of size. The guy in the shop was great too given advice and then leaving us so there was no pressure. Will be back for the rest of the gear we need soon.
