First camping gas hob recieved, set it up and realised that there was a leak due to damaged pipe. Very dangerous. Arranged a replacement which I was told would be checked before shipping. Received replacement which was more broken than the first. Was confirmed that it had not been checked before shipping. Was offered a new replacement but requested a refund as I could not trust they would actually check as they lied before.

I was disappointed at the time of ordering; items shown in stock were out of stock. They deployed a messaging service via an email ticket which was helpful; however, I didn't feel it was what I expected. Nice finance option which helped a lot; however, I won't be ordering again. I'd prefer to rely on Amazon where I'll always be sent what I order. Revision: it is hard but on the basis it ruined my holiday, and resulting In me spending way more than I had available for the trip due to me not receiving the items advertised as in stock at the point u made my finance agreement which was to enhance a family event that will Never come around again.

The most outstanding Customer Service I think I have ever received. There was a fault with an awning I had bought in the autumn, but had not used it until last week. I expected a battle on my hands, but from start to finish, the communication has been outstanding. Today I have just taken delivery of a replacement awning, as the original could not be repaired. Bit of bad luck I think as the product is actually excellent. What a breath of fresh air it has been dealing with Outdoor World.
Great price online, easy to order, received it next working day via DPD with tracking information keeping me up to date. Didn't have the awning that we were planning on buying on display at the time of our visit. This was no problem to the staff they quickly erected it and we could view it in the flesh. I'd researched other places and found they had the items in stock that we potentially were buying hence we crossed the big hill and travelled a bit further for the equipment we needed. Would visit again definitely.
Staff were excellent and prepared to put up an awning from stock that wasn’t on display, which was really useful in helping our decision.

Ordered two Outwell camping chairs from Outdoor World. I had never used the company before but chairs were a good price. I paid £8.95 for next day delivery as we were going away on holiday and didn't want to risk 3-5 day delivery. I ordered on the Friday evening and received emails confirming order. Unfortunately it was a bank holiday on the Monday but still hasn't received chairs by Tuesday, emailed company and received a very fast response advising order was ready on Saturday but late due to bank holiday should arrive next day. Received them on the Thursday. I would have given 5 stars as company were helpful and very reasonably priced only issue was delivery, especially when paying £8.95. I would use this company again as the service was good, DPD issue.
