I needed to make a few changes to items and delivery times..The staff were brilliant and corrected and amended everything for me with minimum fuss..

Absolutely brilliant service from them, tent despatched on time. Just a shame that their couriers let them down by delivering 2 days later than scheduled
Fast delivery cant wait to try the tent out in July. £300 pound cheaper as well than any other place.
Had to return some items my own fault the items were not suitable however delivery was great except it was expensive @£14.99 and the returns cost was over £8 , it's a lesson to me to ensure I check the small print regarding item description , I should add refund was prompt

Great advice given from customer servcie with regards the tent I was after (Vango Harris 500 Air). Super deal re price and extras. Tent not used for camping but put up i the garden to check everything weas there. All good and very happy!

Ordered 2 vango camping chairs. There was a lot of email communications when delivery was due & the parcel arrived packaged well. Chairs are comfortable & a lovely colour. The opening & closing needs some practice 🤦🏼♀️😂.
