I was ttying yo buy an awning from NI, but unable to get my address recognised. I was messaged back, sorty cannot remember his name. But he went and checked and got back to me very quick with info. Finished up he got all info and items i wanted and checked they where ok , put the order in ,then sent me the link to pay. Ordered a Campingaz stove 11/04/2024. Received the next day. When unpacking found the handle was broken. Phoned Outdoorworlddirect, they checked if there was one in stock. There was and they would send it out with a returns label so the the same delivery people would take back the damaged one. I asked them to hold it until I came back from holiday on the 2nd May. This they did and I received the stove on the 3rd May as promised. Full marks for sending out a replacement before receiving the damaged. Not many firms trust their customers that way. Excellent service and would recommend them.
