We ordered a big table. The delivery was promised two nights later but the delivery driver didn’t show. Delivery arrived the next day, but it was the wrong table - half the size of the one we’d ordered. Company not contactable at weekends but answered my email the next day. A swap was promised and delivered on the day I requested. The table is well made, light, and easy to put up.

Great service from these guys. I needed an Airbeam for my Vango awning, delivered next day to the site I was staying at.
Outdoor World Direct provided an amazing price for my Vango tent and outstanding, slick service and despatch. Only niggle was FedEx delivery was complete nightmare - Outdoor World Direct staff were straight on it though, really helpful and eventually arranged for me to pick up from Carrier Depot. Great outdoor company but carrier was weak link in the chain.

Amazing service! I found a side awning at the last minute yesterday and needed it for delivery the next day. I purchased it and emailed the team to make sure it would arrive and they responded really quickly. The awning arrived today as promised and I am over moon the with it.
