Slow dispatch and even slower delivery (FedEx). Ordered an air beam on 4th (evening) with 2 day delivery, so expected it to be sent on 5th or 6th, but wasn't shipped until 8th, then FedEx took until 13th to deliver. Missed the date I needed it by.

Alway had a good experience with Outdoor World Direct. Didn’t know anything about them until a few years back. They picked up a faulty product/return without any fuss, and all other products have been great, and received quickly.
Had what I wanted in stock at a very good price and it was shipped straight away.
On arrival the staff (only 2), were dealing with other customers. We browsed a while and then a staff member became free. We could not have asked for better service. Absolutely first class knowledge, advise and all in a relaxed, friendly no hard sell kind of way. We did buy several items including a new tent which we were really pleased with. Nothing bad to say at all. We will be back.

The website is very good, very clear. We ordered and received our new awning in time stated. It is exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. We did double and triple check all our measurements before purchase though. I would definitely use this company again.
Good choice and absolute best price I saw anywhere. But over and above the quality of the product is the brilliant comms. I was missing one guy rope with the initial delivery and it took one email to the same link to sort that out. Guy rope came next day. Fantastic
