I bought a tent from outdoor world, and I couldn't be happier. Used it for the first time this weekend. Grate product. Good company to deal with, fast to respond and helpful. I didn't select the bundle for the tent. (MY FALT) I got in contact with them and they sent me the other items with no questions asked. I would defently use them again.

Customer service was excellent, really easy to place order abd delivered early and with goid communication by UPS.

Ordered online for next day delivery, but had a problem with my payment failing. I shot Outdoor World Direct an email straight away but then figured that I probably wouldn't get a reply before the next day delivery cut-off, but I did! So that was all resolved and then I received the item the next day within the given delivery timescales. Great product (Vango self-inflating mattress) and top notch service too :)

bought a double cooker for when i go fishing had a few problems with the delivery but that was more to do with me omitting my house number when I ordered .Outdoor worlddirect were first class in getting my parcel to me all i can say is I would recommend this company to anybody who wants to buy outdoor equipment .10 out of ten from me .

I honestly can't fault any of my experience with outdoorworlddirect. I found the tent I wanted and ordered it on 31/06/24 and website advised would be back in stock on 05/07/24, so wouldn't be able to deliver till after that date. I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised when I got an text on the 03/07/24 saying FedEx was dropping off my package today! Came packed with no damages or issues.
