I purchased a vango tiree 500 and was told I would receive my receipt by email which never arrived and upon erecting the tent on a short break in Wales over the bank Holiday only to find out there were no tent pegs in the bag which left me running around trying to find somewhere to purchase some not the best experience hopefully this issue will be dealt with by outdoor world.

Brought the outdoor revolution Airedale 6 SE recently. Went away for 9 nights had some rain, light but consistent! The tent we purchased leaked in 7 different area 5 where at the bottom of the beams and two through the seams. Left us a bit of a mess. I've been speaking to outdoor world via email and I've got to say they are pretty good. Always prompt response from them keeping me updated about my complaint! The case has now been raised with outdoor revolution and waiting on a response to see where we go from here. The tent before this one was purchased from them this was slightly faulty not a lot but something wasn't right with it outdoor world exchanged it for me right away for this new one I've been talking about above. It was delivered the next day. Thier device and customer service is pretty good, they are on the ball. Not sure yet wat is going to happen with the tent I'm waiting for from outdoor revolution let's hope they are as useful as outdoor world!!
