The product I ordered wasn’t in stock but I got a phone call and an email very quickly offering a refund or alternative product. The gentleman was so helpful and it made the experience so positive.
We bought an Outdoor Revolution T4 driveaway awning, or at least we though we had, my other half actually ordered (and we paid for) the euro version (to attached to a right hand side sliding door. When we realised, I called them first thing on Monday morning and the guy I spoke to was super helpful and managed to change my order because we ordered on a Sunday evening when they were closed. However, not only did he change the order, he also managed to amend the delivery address so I didnt have to take time off work for the super fast delivery (order amended Monday, received Tuesday morning) - would very highly recommend using for purchases :):):)

Ordered Vango Beta 350XL from Outdoor World, had no issues with order/payment (via Klarna) delivered swiftly and arrived perfect condition, able pitch on my own.
