Purchased a VANGO Harris air 500 with next day delivery. Arrived on time, with good notes from courier so that we were not waiting in all day. Took the tent out for a trial camp at the weekend and it did everything that you would hope a tent would do. Tested with wind and rain - and some sunshine. We compromised a bit on size and found that for two dogs there was ample space. In summary, excellent service, good price and the usual high standard of VANGO equipment.

Instore experience was good from staff, however once home and checking purchases it became evident that we were sold additional items unnecessarily due to staff not knowing what the tent accessories included.
Purchased a new tent which was competitively priced, arrived in great condition, and the delivery guy also helped my wife bring it into the house (35kg). Used the tent that weekend and it was perfect!
Absolutely outstanding service! Our awning got trashed in recent winds and given it was the teenager’s bedroom, we urgently needed another. Andrew went above and beyond to get one delivered to us in North Wales over the bank holiday weekend. Nothing was too much trouble for him and our holiday was saved by his kindness and efficiency. Great service. my main beam support on my awning suddenly burst whilst away in caravan with kids Friday morning ordered a new one at 11.32 am it arrived at my home address Saturday morning at 12.30 midday. Fortunately someone was coming to meet us for the bank holiday weekend and was able to pick up on the way which was handy considering the horrendous rain and wind. Top marks to outdoor world direct👍🏻

Fantastic prices and brilliant service, ordered the item on Wed 21/08/2024 @ 2-31 pm was given a 2-4 day delivery which I thought was good, was told later the same day that the item had been dispatched, was given a delivery time of between 11-51 ad 12-51 the next day, the item arrived at 12-30 on the 22/08/2024. It doesn't get any better than that, item well packaged and over the moon with it ( combo drive away awning ) Thank you guys for an amazing experience

I put a fairly large order into outdoor world direct. The website was easy to navigate and I even got a couple of freebies. I found them to be cheaper than Amazon and other retailers. you don't know how good a company is until something is wrong . unfortunately the awning we purchased had a manufacturing fault . outdoor world were brilliant with their communication offered us lots of options and arranged collection and rapid despatch when we decided on a replacement which was perfect ten out ten

Had a couple of problems with a Vango tent I bought recently from OWD. I contacted them and they got back to me within a couple of hours - already impressed! When Vango sent me wrong replacement items OWD were so helpful in arranging collection of my tent to send back to Vango and when it was found to be faulty they sent me a new one which arrived within a couple of days. Honestly, the best customer service I've ever experienced and I've now found my go-to camping supplies store. Thank you!
Great communication around shipping of a tent (which was on back order) quick replies etc. Phoned to point out a suspected error (they were right, I'd over ordered on 1 item out of a bundle). Couldn't ask for more. V12 finance also worked well
