I ordered online a few rolls of IsOver 100mm and 175mm loft insulation. Delivery was on time. The SIG driver was very helpful and well mannered. However, while offloading I noticed that my 7 rolls of 170 have been swapped for 150mm instead which I had to reject. I was later told by the office that 170mm rolls are only available as whole pallet size which I think is a lot of cobblers.. you see, that particular item is still advertised as available and without restrictions on a pallet size purchase. Also, the advert on on their site shows that the 170mm thick Insulation covers an area of 8.15m2 which is grossly misleading. If you were to work their measurements from the spec sheet, a roll of 175mm thick only covers 6m2.. I received an apology but and a PayPal refund within 24hrs. By the way, I have later saved £78 on the same product by ordering them from Wickes without having to pay a £30 delivery charge. So, shop around! Thank you for replying on 10/11/20. You still advertised your product coverage as 8.1m2 but in fact it covers 6m2 only. All you need is to work out the small print in the specifications...also, you have not corrected the info on your web site after I phoned your office and informed you about it being misleading. You need to inform customers about the availability of your products before they pay for it.
