The price was good and the website was easy to use. They changed my order but emailed me to tell me which in my case was fine. Once a date was set for delivery it would have been nice to get a rough time and after chasing twice I was still not contacted back, the delivery just arrived. When it did arrive, only half of my order was there with the rest to follow. I had not been I formed and then had to contact the supplier (not who I bought it from) to find out it would be another week. Product was as expected but after sales and service were not good.

Purchased the (24 rolls best price pack) 200mm Kauf insulation. It was cheaper than any of the building merchants, got delivered in 2 days. Really pleased with it. Would recommend.

I was amazed when the lorry turned up with its own forklift truck to offload my order. That really made the delivery so much easier. Some slight damage to the plasterboard I ordered but liveable with. I'd use them again.
