Product is good, delivery was bang on time. Only reason for the reducted stars is the lack of attention and care when loading the pallet of cellotex upon moving the final sheet the pallet had loads of old broken cement all over it damaging one of my boards, this could have easily been cleared off of the pallet before it was loaded up
