Shocking experience with online insulation, ordered material to be delivered on a particular day for an important job that needed to be completed urgently, then I emailed at lunchtime of the day of the delivery to find out what time I could expect the delivery, finally received an email stating that my delivery was now booked a week later & also half my order was also not in stock. (this was not mentioned at the time of placing the order) Emailed again to voice my opinion they didn't even have the decency to reply back, so based on my experience I will be going elsewhere for my materials.
