Ordering was straight forward, prices reasonable. Delivery day was arranged. Delivery didn't arrive! No communication from company. I chased up two days later using online chat and was told it would be with me the next day. Got a call from the delivery driver the next morning saying he was about half an hour away. Goods were delivered in good condition. Fortunately I was on site to take delivery. Better communication required!

Delivery didn’t turn up on day promised (Friday) no notification from seller and only found out when I chased to find out what had happened to be then told they will not deliver over the following 2 days as it was a weekend so I would have to wait until the Monday. Ordered on the Monday on next day delivery (due to Covid could take 2-3 which was not an issue) but ended up waiting a week with no apology. Nothing wrong with product just delivery and the lack of communication or customer service.

Great price, delivered on the day I requested. I called on the day for a rough delivery time and I was called back within 10 minutes with an update. Would definitely use again in the future. Delivery driver used a forklift and even took them to my garage for us.

I ordered 75mm Celotex which was at a lower price than equivalent Ecotherm product. The Celotex was out of stock and so they delivered the higher priced product. The delivery man was helpful and prompt. I have no problems with their service. Well done!
