I would give 5 stars if they had delivered the exact item I paid for, but they did say it might be a similar item before I bought it so no complaints ( except the one i just made lol) but delivery was on time and on the date. So all good.
Waited 5 days for confirmation then had to email to hear, then got told a refund was happening, absolute joke of a company, if the item is out of stock you should not be able to purchase, will never use again and will leave a negative review wherever they advertise

Communication, delivery, price and product all excellent.
Delivery courier for large format flat panel insulation and for bails of insulation was incredible. Fastest unload I've experienced. Communications between the company and customer could be a little better. Worth noting that One of my plaster board panels was cracked down the middle. I decided to just accept it as for a garage ceiling but you may want to factor in some damage into your order.
