Excellent price, service and comms. But let down badly by the contract courier, who advised would be delivered "first thing" on the Monday, but actually turned up close of play Monday. Result: I had to pay my installer for a wasted day
Easy to deal with and very helpful but the insulation boards delivered are second rate. They are all cupped meaning that I was only able to cut them down the length. There were also ridges in the boards and wrinkles in the foil which was also not well glued. These boards have been horrible to work with and i wish I had spent the extra with my usual supplier. I am not sure if this is representative of Celotex boards but I will not be buying them again.

Exactly what I ordered and delivered as promised..
goods came on 2 pallets, Well wrapped and driver brought them down my long drive on his f/l truck ,which was a great help. . Came 24 hrs before expected at 8AM It didn't matter, but it might to some people . Would otherwise be 5 star as I AM HAPPY WITH SERVICE AND PRICE
