We had a brilliant holiday. There was a problem with the rooms at the hotel but the hotel was really good. They couldn't have done more. We contacted Joanne our rep and she too really helpful. She was in contact us throughout the holiday. She was We helpful at sorting our boarding passes. I would travel with Olympic again and would certainly recommend them.

Tara, as always is brilliant looks after us to perfection. This is why we always return.xxx

From booking to returning home all smooth helpful and will book again!!! Hotel Kalypso in Poros Kefalonia just the sweetest, cleanest little family traditional hotel ever and right on the sea front stunning sun rises and views out to sea a credit to the family that run it.

Nothing was an issue for the travel rep, communication excelled expectation, from the transfer to the hotel, to booking trips, to asking for suggestions on places to visit on the Island right through to ensuring we got back home safely. Huge thank you to Joe for ensuring our holiday was jam packed, full of Greek culture and definitely one to remember.

We had a lovely holiday on the beautiful Island of Tilos. As usual the Greek people were lovely. My reasons for only giving Olympic holidays 2 stars are as follows 1. Lack of communication: we were picked up at Rhodes airport and taken to a hotel at 3:45 in the morning where we spent approx 3 hours before being picked up again and taken to the port at Rhodes town. None of this was explained when I booked the holiday 2 I had an online chat with the rep who I assume lives somewhere else other than Tilos and discussed why we were scheduled to leave Tilos a day early (this was discovered on the paperwork left in the room) I was told that if we stayed another day it would be tight timing to get to the airport but she said we were staying in the Natalie hotel in Ixia. This bit of information was crucial 3. The website went down and I could not access it for three day 4. On return to Rhodes from Tilos the boat was an hour late and we arrived at the port at 11:00pm. The information left in the room said we should meet our connection at Gregoies Cafe at the port but no-one was there to meet us. There was another couple who should also have been picked up and taken to the arport but their connection had also not arrived. At this point I could not remember the name of the hotel or village we were due to be staying at as this was only mentioned in my online chat. By chance the other couple who were going to the airport tried to log onto the app as they too said it had been down for a few days. Fortunately it was working again but no one was responding to the chat request. I managed to track back through the live chat and find the name of the hotel and village. We then walked into Rhodes town with our luggage and hired a taxi to the hotel 5. No apology - I went back onto the online chat to our 'Rep' and told her what had happened and said it had cost me 20 euros for a taxi, a long walk and a lot of stress but I also added that the Natalie Hotel was a lovely hotel. Her response was simply that she was glad we liked the hotel and mentioned nothing about the negative experience I had encountered. 6. Summary - over the past 30 years of visiting the Greek Islands I have always arranged my own travel, transfers and accommodation, but this year I thought I would take the easy option. I will never book a package tour again as it was a really bad experience due to not knowing what was happening from one location to the next. When you book yourself you are also in control of times and transfers, plus it is considerably cheaper and flexible. I dont want this to look bad on the Greek people or the beautiful Island - it was just very poor arrangements, communication and lack of empathy

We had a horrendous holiday. Cold food, dirty hotel, not enough beds. This company should be ashamed to have this hotel attached to them. Followed the complaints procedure and told to go away. Please avoid using this company and book your holiday through a reputable company who care about your holiday.

Last minute booking.. quick process. Helpful staff. Problem free. Would use Olympic holidays again and definitely would recommend

Just back from an Olympic holiday island hopping in Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonissos. Booking process was efficient and tailored completely to what we wanted. We flew into Skiathos using Jet2, a good experience. Pick up was fine. The first hotel, Filokalia Apartments, was a 2 star and very basic. Only a couple of rooms had a view, ours was just of the doors of the Apartments below. Lovely day and evening staff at the bar, very helpful, but I think people should be made aware that they charge 10 -euros a NIGHT for aircon, on top of a safe fee and the tourist tax. The first taxi for the transfer to the ferry didn't arrive because of a breakdown so we arrived with literally 5 minutes to spare to get onto the the ferry, which was very stressful. The rep, Kathleen, was easy to contact and was very reassuring but perhaps an earlier pick up time would have been good. The next hotel, Aperitton on Skopelos, was a 3 star with free air-conditioning and safe. Pool area was better but the bar had little atmosphere during the day and we didn't see it open at night. Breakfast was included. Reception staff were very helpful. The transfer was on time. However, when I contacted the rep, Marianne for information on the transfer she just told me to find the operator's office at the port to get the information. The third hotel, Atrium of Alonissos was very pretty, with fantastic views. Staff were very helpful, facilities (3 star) the best on our trip, also with free air-conditioning and safe and a good breakfast on a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. Be aware, the bus timetable can't always be trusted as sometimes buses just don't arrive, but taxis are relatively cheap. All the restaurants on each island were good and not too expensive. Avoid the beachfront restaurants if you want better food, unless you want international rather than Greek food. All 3 islands very hilly with steep inclines and steps, so not suitable for families with very young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Having used Olympic Holidays in the past it was my first port of call to book our Greek holiday and we weren't disappointed! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. (Well apart from the delayed Tui flight home which was out of their control!) Transfers to our self catering place in the Poros resort of Kefalonia went very smoothly and were extremely good value. Our accommodation was superb, peaceful, well equipped and important for us just across from the sea. Just Beautiful! The town was gorgeous, very traditional with everyone so friendly. Lovely tavernas and bars. Had a car for 3 days to explore more which proved to be a valuable part of our holiday. The thing that made our whole experience special was the Olympic rep for Kefalonia, Les. He went above and beyond to suggest, support and make our holiday the best it could be. What a terrific, dedicated employee Olympic Holidays have there! Well done Les, and thank you for looking after us so well. I've had over 20 trips to Greece visiting different islands, usually trying new ones everytime, but after our superb holiday to this gorgeous island I will probably visit again in the near future.

We had a fantastic experience speaking with Rob Griffiths earlier in the year for our first holiday to Skiathos. He was polite, patient and most of all professional as I had 101 questions to ask him as it was our first visit there and was anxious about our booking. He put our minds at ease and made us feel comfortable with our decision. He was very knowledgable about the area. Now having returned we want to return next year and I will be phoning Olympic and asking for Rob. Thank you very much Frankie and Chris

Just got back from a weeks holiday with my partner stayed at the illios village in Tingaki Kos had a brilliant holiday from start to finish the weather was in the late 20s to early 30s everyday will definitely be booking again

Just home from 11 days in Greece. 4 days in Athens island hopping for the other days. Flights,taxi transfers and Ferries all on time. Olympic Reps easily contacted if need. The best holiday will definitely use Olypic again. 5 star 🌟

Olympic were very organised from start to finish .We were picked up immediately on leaving the airport at Kefalonia , taken to ferry and picked up and taken to our hotel in Ithaca . Les , our agent , was available 24/7 on the excellent Olympic app and gave immediate advice on local services . Exactly the same coming back . Using taxis to take us to and from ferries . Just got into check in before the crowds on the coaches 😉. Hotel was lovely , Nikki the owner even giving us a packed breakfast for the airport , Amazing . Hotel beautifully clean , a very short walk from the little harbour in Frikes , great pool and I would say small and friendly . Will be using Olympic next year .

Fantastic team for Olympic who are so helpful. Great advice and assistance via the app. Lovely hotels and staff ,9 Muses, Mr and Mrs White and lovely staff at Naxos holiday hotel too. All transfers and ferries on time and seamless. Highly recommend Olympic holidays island hopping experience will be doing it again ! Thanks to Joe,Sofia !

Stayed in avra apartments in lindos in August. Positives: Location is amazing. The views are lovely. The water is crystal clear and warm. The beach is lovely and well looked after. Our rep Tara was really helpful and responded really fast on the app chat function. The flights with jet 2 were good. The size and layout of our room was good for a family of 4. We had aircon (although this was a chargeable extra cash payment). The linen and towels were white and clean Negatives:- Whilst the room was cleaned and the maid was in regularly the actual "kitchen" and bathroom were very tired. The fridge and kettle worked but i would say that's about the limit of the facilities. I would not have tried to cook there. All in all if you factor in everything I was happy and would love to go back to the Location. Olympic holidays did everything expected as did their rep. If they updated the bathrooms and kitchen facilities this place would be amazing. As it is its great on a budget.
