Wonderful holiday on paxos at the Bastas hotel Lakka. I have been going to paxos for a many years. And this my fourth time at the Bastas. Also all the help that you’ve rep on Corfu she is wonderful and hope she will be there next year to look after me . A very happy customer.

Our rep Jo Hill was excellent in helping us on both outward and return journeys. Our flight from Gatwick to Corfu was delayed which meant we would probably miss the ferry to Paxos. Jo met us at the airport and called the ferry captain and he waited for us. The traffic in Corfu town was gridlocked so Jo decided we should run the last bit to the port. She took my wife's suitcase and we made it to catch the ferry. On our return trip the Hydrofoil was out of service and we needed to use another ferry company's boat. A call to Jo and she arranged tickets for the ferry. We were very satisfied with the service.

A complex series of stop overs and transport links ran perfectly. Joyful island hopping in Greece.

We spent 8 nights at The Wyndham on Crete, 5 nights at The Castro on Santorini and 5 nights at Mr & Mrs White hotel on Mykonos. Overall a great holiday. All of the hotels were clean with some really good staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Most impressively, all transfers and ferries were bang on time. Olympic, Joanne in Crete and Joe in Santorini and Mykonos were great communicators both on WhatsApp and the written Welcome pack we received for each location. If I had 1 negative, Mr & Mrs White hotel was a bit below par. The swimming pool had a lot of tiles missing and not cleaned very well. There were scum marks around the side. A lot of the pool loungers were not in good order. Apart from that we loved the holiday and would eagerly recommend Olympic Holidays.

Neil in Zante gave us an excellent service and guidance, he often visited in our Hotel Zante Star and was always ready to chat and help with queries.

Shelly provided me with accurate information on my holiday request , and dealt with my quote and deposit payment efficiently. Shelly had excellent communication skills. She spoke clearly and precisely.. The whole booking experience was a pleasant experience thanks to Shelly's professionalism.

Just returned from a wonderful 12 night stay in Alykanas Village Hotel, Zakynthos. Honestly cannot fault Olympic from start to finish, as our outbound flight was slightly behind schedule we had a small delay with our transfer however the airport rep (Jane/Jan? Can’t recall 100%) was excellent! and made sure we were on our way as quickly as possible. We would also like to give a special mention to our rep Neil who was very helpful and quick to respond to queries regarding timings for our return transfer to the airport. Overall we had an excellent time and cannot wait to return to Zakynthos next year. Would definitely recommend and use Olympic Holidays in the future!😁

Contacted Olympic initially to see whether a specific island hop. Unfortunately it didn't work with ferries and hotels. Sent an alternative island hop enquiry and within 24 hours all resolved and deposit paid. Excellent customer service from David Pascoe.

We spent 8 days at the Zante Star Hotel on the outskirts of Tsivili on Zante. We really enjoyed our stay at this family run hotel, the rooms are good, the facilities including the pool are great, the owners and staff are very friendly and accommodation g. This is a quiet location, a 10 min walk to the beach and the bustling centre of Tsivili,

We had our wedding on 22nd September 2024 in Santorini. We booked the wedding 18 months ago through Olympic Holidays and all I can say is that they were amazing! The weddings department provided a personal concierge service from the moment of booking right through to the day itself. A special special mention to Lauren Hitchcock who was our dedicated wedding planner Lauren was absolutely fantastic. Every question we asked Lauren got answered with the planner in country. Any concern we raised, Lauren resolved. Lauren, you are a credit to Olympic and they are very lucky to have you. We owe our special day to you. Just back from Papafotis Appts in Alinda, Leros with Olympic. Thanks to Helen Lord for dealing with having to change the holiday dates and Jet2 as we had already paid for our seats but Jet2 did not agree so in the end Helen paid for 2 seats until this matter was resolved. Maria who was rep for Leros also our thanks for communicating regarding our room as reception was closed when we arrived. I was disappointed we did not get earlier ferry but can understand as flights maybe delayed. Having used this company for many years it seems the quality and standard of customer service and accommodation has greatly improved

Just Amazing!!!! We (4 of us) have just come back from a 16 Night Island Hop with Olympic I cannot fault this company at all every pick up and drop off was on time and in a luxury private vehicle the hotels were all absolutely brilliant and made our holiday perfect!! Athens for 2 nights Syros for 4 Tinos for 4 Andros for 4 and back to Athens for another 2 I have got another island hop booked for next September and wouldn't use any other company after having such a wonderful holiday! We recently stayed at the Domes Aulus Zante & booked independently but Amanda from Olympic Holidays looked after us, suggesting trips & helping re-arrange our cancelled cruise due to the storms! Amanda was great & we’ll definitely look at booking with Olympic for future holidays.

Our Olympic rep Tara was very helpful during our holiday in Lindos, Rhodes. She was always available, either through the very efficient Olympic app or in person, and provided all the information we needed regarding return travel arrangements, emergency numbers, local services etc etc. She was very friendly, enthusiastic, and professional, all the qualities needed to make a great rep, and helped make our holiday a relaxing and stress-free experience.
