Tara is the best 🤩 Just returned from our 4th trip in 16months 🤪… and Tara couldn’t do enough for us every single time. From accepting water deliveries before we even arrived, to locating our lost luggage.. she’s done it all. Not only that, she makes so much time for my young children. From letting them know the latest cat sighting, to telling them she’s off to Lapland for winter, sp can pass on any messages to the big man himself. She is so patient. So understanding, and extremely kind. Cannot do enough for her guests. Thank you Tara 💕 See you in June 💃

We booked our wedding through Olympic holidays in Ayia Napa Cyprus. We chose Sirens Beach which is a beautiful location for a beach wedding. We arrived on the Sunday and we had a meeting with Polly on the Tuesday where she went over every last detail to ensure everything was in place for us exactly how we wanted it. Polly took us to the Town Hall to submit all our documents and then took us to Sirens Beach so we could have a sneek peek at the venue which was amazing. We then went onto Nissaki which was where we had our reception where Polly made sure everything was once again in order for us. All the transport from the hotel to the wedding venue and onto our reception was arranged for us and all our guests by Polly. We must say Polly was absolutely amazing for us on our wedding day she was at the hotel, the wedding and at the reception to ensure everything went well. We did not have to worry about a single thing on our day and it was definitely perfect for us and all our guests and was completely stress free due to Polly. Would recommend Olympic Holidays to everybody.

Good communication from Tara , our rep in Pefkos at Eleni Apartments. The pool was great and the food at the taverna was absolutely fantastic, great guy cooked and the guy behind the bar. Unfortunately the owners weren’t so good. One toilet roll for the week.90 euros a week for one aircon unit. Bathroom bins emptied every 3 days if we were lucky. Travelled to 2 star apartments in Greece around 20 times and this was the worst experience, penny pinching and not a hope of repeat business from us despite the location

We had a lovely holiday: 10 days in Crete, an island we had not visited before. Sissi is a large fishing village with lots of Tavernas, car & quad bike places, a few supermarkets and tourist shops. Small hotels and lovely friendly service in all places. We stayed in Castello Boutique Spa hotel. The room, bar, pool area and staff were superb. It was nice to have plenty of sunloungers and guests not bothered about 'reserving' sunbeds. All as I would expect from a 5* hotel. Sadly the food offering really lets them down. We were B&B (very relieved we did not book 1/2 board) what they produced was nice but very repetitive and low variety. For 5* I would expect more fresh fruit than just orange, grapefriut & kiwi everyday. A greater variety of breads, fresh mushrooms every day (not tinned every few days) and things like avocado, fish, mango, pineapple, nectarines etc. and most of all an egg chef cooking to order. (we found out on day 3 we could request eggs, the one day we did we waited 20 mins so didn't bother again) Saving grace was the coffee which was always good. I really think Olympic you need to revisit this hotel so you know what audience to sell it to. I was surprised a small 5* 'boutique' hotel put on a disco which was excruciatingly loud and went on until 11.30 with no one dancing or joining in. ( I did give feedback to the manager about this, he wasn't really interested!) We did have a lovely holiday we just reset our expectations and imagined we were in a 4* hotel which we believe the rating should be at most.

Santorini and Mykonos twin island holiday. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and met our needs. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was perfect for distance to cafes, restaurants etc and most importantly for us getting around on local busses. Both islands offered a rich experience of breathtaking scenery and history. Having a local rep was very reassuring for two mature female travellers. Our rep, Joe Mullet was excellent in every way. Knowledgeable, friendly and showed a genuine interest in us having the best holiday experience possible. He was very easy to contact and always responded quickly. He suggested seeing the Oia sunset by a cruise round the island which was a perfect way to see it. We had the most amazing experience and memories we will cherish. The only aspect that let it down was that upon booking I’d said that we planned to visit as many other islands, on a day trip, as possible and asked if this was feasible at the beginning of October and was advised it was ok. Unfortunately, at this time of year the local ferry companies charge extortionate prices and was advised that this would be a very expensive trip. So for that I give four stars as otherwise a perfect holiday experience. Oia sunset bucket list tick ✔️

We had a fantastic Island Hopping experience through Olympic holidays. 5 nights in Crete followed by 5 nights in Santorini, all transfers went seamlessly and the contact and support from the reps whilst we were out there was excellent. Would highly recommend Olympic for anyone thinking about booking a Greek Island Hopping trip.

Great communication from Joanne in response to a couple of queries and had a lovely relaxing holiday in Elounda. Dropped a star for the app, which apart from the chat to a rep facility isn’t the best. If you want some user feedback to improve it just let me know. 😎

The Sunset Boutique Hotel in Bali, Crete was absolutely stunning, with its swim-up pool and lighting effects. The staff were really pleasant and ever helpful. Joanne was our remote Olympic rep and, although not there physically, kept popping up with useful information as necessary - which was fine by us. You knew there was someone there if needed. We’ve been with Olympic before and will no doubt be back with them again another day.

The superior studio was inferior. We had to move the 2 ring cooker to be able to drain the washed dishes. The noise from passing vehicles was terrible. We could not hear each other talk with the road noise from bus, lorries and quad motor bikes continually passing. The rep Marianne was sympathetic but was unable to change our location. My wife was in tears for the first few days, being so disappointed with the accommodation.

Holiday booked at short notice with the very able help of Rob Griffiths. His destination knowledge and very helpful approach made finding a suitable resort / accommodation easy. The support and efficiency of Olympic whilst in Sissi/Crete was very good. Our rep Joanne understood when I said couldn't use the Olympic Apps very well as am Severely Sight Impaired. We communicated by WhatsApp and Tel and all was well. Mariagianna Apartments ,run by Manos and his family were delightful. All round a very good, much needed fly and flop Greek break

Not a 4* hotel. The superior garden view was at the back of the hotel and the view was basically scrubland and there was a smell of sewage, we asked to be moved and had to wait till the following day so unpacking and starting the holiday went on hold. We used the app to message the rep and the couple of replies were brief, unconcerned and of no help. 10% of staff were lovely, 80% were obviously unhappy and 10% were very unhappy. The canteen food was average and quite often cold. Having moved from the double bed we had booked to twins they were uncomfortable and could feel the springs and the bed sheets were too short for the bed. Drinks were average with the mixers being worse, we bought our own from the supermarket, the bars stayed open till after midnight but the all inclusive ended. Very disappointing.

We didn’t feel Olympic Holidays contributed much to our holiday. They facilitated finding the apartment on their web site and booked a very expensive taxi transfer to & from the airport but we dealt with TUI for our flights, the Olympic app was useless for any information and the staff on reception at the apartments were more use about bus timetables & trips out. No Olympic rep on our island. We wouldn’t travel with them again

Spoke to Bhavin who was very good. He spoke clearly, asked simple questions and answered everything to my understanding. I wasn’t holding for long before I got put through straight away to the right person, no chasing around.

Had 2 weeks in September at the Bella Vista, Sissi,Crete. This was our 4th time there and will be our last time as it was disgusting and a total shambles. No hot water for 12 days, couldn't get any food when the snack bar was supposed to be open from 10am to 8pm. The new people couldn't speak a word of English. No utensils in the apts and the list goes on and on. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We booked with Olympic as we wanted a complete wedding package and needed someone to help communicate what was needed throughout. Excellent, amazing Wedding at The Dome Beach Hotel, Ayia Napa Cyprus

Everything was in place from the moment the booking was made, I used the app for the first time for this holiday and found it very useful. The live chat with the resort rep was great too.

Just returned from island hopping to Santorini, Naxos and Mykonos - we had a fantastic time. Arrangements made all went like clockwork. Hotels were super and Joe in Santorini was very helpful in booking excursions which we thoroughly enjoyed. We usually make our own arrangements but will definitely go Olympic next time we go to Greece. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from a delightful 10 day holiday to Zakinthos - staying at the wonderful Lesante Classic Hotel in Tsilivi. It was great to see Neil waiting in arrivals for his Olympic Holidays travellers and in a few short minutes we we off to the hotel in our transfer mini-bus. We cannot recommend the hotel enough - it was like staying with family. Special mentions go to Maria and Natasha on the Front Desk as well as all the other folks working there. The dining was top-notch and here and all the staff were wonderfully helpful, efficient and friendly. Their English skills were also amazing and this helped in conversing with staff on all sorts of topics relating to Greece - both ancient and modern. Special mention here goes to Victoria who assigned tables as well as Marta and Nicos as well as Mario. But each and everyone of the staff are a credit to the hotel including those working in the kitchens and serving areas. Of special mention is Fofi the Cocktail Lady who mixed us some excellent pre-dinner cocktails with panache and skill. Her Passionfruit Daquiris were definitely our favourite. Neil recommended some walks and eateries and is very knowledgable about the island. All in all we enjoyed a superb holiday and will definitely make a return trip

I was supposed to book to go to Paros but booked Poros in error! Senior moment. Absolutely nothing to worry about we had one our best holidays we have had. All transfer went smoothly, hotel was superb. Olivia our Olympic representative was so helpful and we are extremely grateful. Back to Greece next year! Paros this time. So happy with Olympic , definitely in safe hands. Many thanks. David and Catherine 👌☀️😎.
