Hi after arriving at Heraklion airport ,to find out bus had left ? But got another bus ,but apart from that the rep was amazing ,in touch at any time ,and was always to hand to answer any questions,and sorted out transport back to airport ,was brilliant thanks great support throughout our stay .

First time using this company and visiting a Greek island! Collected from the airport in a nice mini bus, was there waiting for us. He gave us contact details for Olympic who asked us to what's app them to confirm we had arrived. They kept in contact with us during our stay and were very responsive to questions. Transfer back was equally smooth and driver arrived right on time. Would highly recommend.

We booked our dream wedding on Cameo Island, Zante, through the weddings department of Olympic Holidays and honestly could not rate them highly enough. The day was even more perfect than we could ever have imagined and the coordinators in both the UK and Zante looked after us every step of the way. Particular very special thanks to Lauren in the UK, who I feel like I personally know now through our many phone calls planning and me panicking before the date! Absolutely no need for any panic, however, as we had her supp ort and help every step of the way - thank you so much Lauren! Helen in Zante also made us feel so relaxed and is adorable. We couldn't have imagined anything more perfect for our special day.

we had a great family holiday in Zante. We booked with Olympic and everything about the booking process was seamless. Olympic were very competitive on prices which tempted us to book with them over other tour operators. The first very welcome surprise was the transfer from airport to resort. We were provided with our own minivan transfer and were in resort, at our hotel within 10 minutes of collecting our luggage. The hotel itself, Dionysis and Tonia was, lovely, clean, convenient and welcoming self catering accommodation in the centre of the resort of Kalamaki. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Prices at the hotel bar were very competitive within the resort and the quality was also very good. The rep in resort Neil, was very informative and helpful. He provided a lot of insightful information that helped us to plan, meals, trips, activities both in resort and further afield on the island. I would highly recommend Olympic Holidays for package holidays and will definitely be booking with them again in the near future. Thank you to all staff at Olympic for their fantastic service and all in resort for the amazing memories on our 2024 family holiday.

See my July 24 review for Olympic holiday/accomodation. Received a reply no surprise they did not think any of the issues highlighted warranted any recompense to myself. Complete whitewash do not trust this holiday company or waste your money on them.

Everything ran smoothly hotel was best I've stayed in, rep showed up regularly and gave excellent advice,very friendly always smiling and jovial. Would recommend Olympic to anyone. Thanks Olympic for a fab holiday.

Tara is the kind of Holiday Rep you dream of having. There when you need her, always but not in the slightest insincere or overbearing. Our accommodation was classic for Greece and we arrived home well rested, fed, watered and full of great stories. Thanks to all at Olympic Holidays for their individual parts played. I had to contact Admin after failed surgery and not being able to travel and was so lucky to speak to Helen Lord who went above and beyond helping me move my holiday to next year without to much financial loss. Well done Olympic. This is why I travel with you every year.

I made a booking for a week's holiday in Skiathos, travelling alone. Olympic Holidays had sent me an email for a £75 discount but I was expecting it only to apply to a booking for 2 people. However, it was applied to my booking - very fair and a very refreshing change for a single person. The holiday consultant who dealt with my call, Sabrina Arapi, was very personable and effective, taking the trouble to check my previous booking last year to ensure that some information remained the same to avoid any confusion. She also copied across my details to this booking so the whole process was very quick and efficient.

We stayed in The Zante Star Hotel, the whole experience was amazing. when we had a slight issue with a misplaced phone Amanda from Olympic was nothin short of incredible trying to resolve the issue. excellent service all round from Olympic and the all the staff at the hotel

I had a problem booking online as I had to go back to correct some information and then couldn't get back to payment page. I phoned Olympic Holidays and was told the only room available had probably gone before I could pay I wasn't sure this was correct but had to accept it. Later that day Rob Griffiths from Olympic Holidays phoned me to see if he could help with my booking, he checked for me and the holiday I wanted was still available and he helped complete my booking. As I thought the problem was caused by me going back to correct some information. Thanks to Rob's help we were able to book the holiday we wanted.

Me an my wife have a great time on our latest holiday to Zante. We had one bit of trouble. But Amanda our rep was great in keeping us updated with the issue though out.

We really enjoyed our recent holiday with Olympic. Hara apartments were wonderful we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back. Les our Olympic rep was really helpful and welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we had a positive holiday experience.
