Sabrina at Olympic Holidays went out of her way to be extremely helpful in booking our holiday. In spite of many requests and changes initiated by us she remained calm and helpful right to the end. I cannot praise her enough for her diligence , patience and overall competence.
We didn't have a great time with our hotel rooms, and some instructions on excursions weren't clear. However, Amanda helped us with it all! I get worried about a lot of things and she helped me through them all. She replies quickly, helpfully and always friendly. Amanda is super woman!
Great Island Hopping holiday with Olympic. Wonderful locations - Lindos Sun Hotel / Irinoula Hotel in Tilos and excellent organisation by Tara who made all our transfer/travel go so smoothly.
This is my 4th time stopping in Lindos Village and my 3rd time at Avra apartments. They are very basic sometimes beyond basic but the location is fabulous 👌 Maria comes every day apart from Sunday and cleans, changes towels and bedding and is very helpful. Tara is the Rep who has always been great with us, very helpful regarding any trips we want to do or guides us in the right direction with things we want to do, she comes down to Avra quite alot and we always have a chat. If you want 5* Avra is not for you, if you want location and watch beautiful sunrises then Avra is the place
All the worries and the hassle taken away! All my transfers were smooth , welcoming and friendly . All the hotels were lovely - in Athens and Tinos were out of this world - great views, great service , and safe!
My husband and I are newly married, and worked with the ladies here at Olympic Weddings. Fantastic is an understatement - everything went completely smooth sailing on our special day, and the lead up was stress free. Lauren is brilliant, and Lulu was amazing!! Joe Hills of Olympic Holidays, guided me through every part of my flight cancellation home to the UK, resulting in a further 3 days holiday. It was a very worrying experience for me and fellow travellers, UNTIL i made contact with the area rep Joe Hill. Made me feel at ease and no longer worried with feeling totally alone, in a daunting situation that i had never experienced before. Not only did she organise the taxi back to the airport, the further 3 day’s accommodation, but allayed all my worries and concerns, allowing me to at least relax during the extra days I was stuck in Corfu. Thank you Joe Hill, and to Olympic Holidays, you have the star rep in my opinion, who should be congratulated for her hard work and professionalism, being on hand 24/7 . Thank you so much

We had a truly wonderful holiday from start to finish. Our accommodation was more spacious and better than we expected, location great and les our courier went out of his way with prompt efficient help and guidance. Would return and definitely recommend to anyone.
Another great holiday to Zante with Olympic! Unfortunately on my last day I ended up in hospital but Amanda was fantastic, looked after me throughout & arranged everything for my journey home. I'll be back next summer.

The Filokalia apartment was clean very comfortable and had lovely balcony with superb views. the bar was great , lovely food. Shelena was there most days and was most welcoming , helpful and a fantastic cook. the location was ideal , 5 minutes to a lovely beach with a water taxi into town. this is our 3rd visit to Skiathos over 25 years, we will go again I hope
After several frustrating hours trying to find a holiday with decent flight times we thankfully called Olympic and spoke with Shelly Kingston. Shelly was extremely helpful and found us a holiday straight away.
From start to finish Olympic were great, good easy process for booking holiday. Customer services were very helpful with dealing with our queries and were very responsive. We stayed at zante star in Zakinthos, excellent family run hotel. Our rep Neil was very friendly and made a point of checking in with us to make sure all was ok, great service.
Unfortunately, the hotel room on the ground floor was grubby and often crawling with millipedes during my week stay.
I spoke to a very helpful lady called Sabrina Arapi who searched for exactly what I was looking for in relation to a holiday to Greece. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was friendly and professional throughout. Speaking with her proved that the booking of a holiday over the phone with a human being is far superior to simply doing everything online. Thank you!
Can honestly say castle view apartments were a let down. very basic.been going to Haraki for 28 years and these must be the worse. Broken bed which was so hard we both had back aches every morning. No mattress cover. No fire extinguisher.no hairdryer which was advertised as having one. Oven so dangerous under cupboard was so near the heat would have scorched or even burnt cupboard. No mugs for tea just tiny little cups. No cereal bowls. No at all comfortable. Had cockroaches also. Would not go back here ever. All other apartments have been modernise and a good standard. Also car park outside patio just cobbles so struggled to walk across not even a pathway to entrance .Come on Olympic a big company should have good apartments.
Just back from a great holiday in Zante. Trouble free from the minute I booked it to arriving home. Neil the rep. was very helpful when i wanted to book a car for the day.
