We had a really lovely time on our recent holiday in Chania, Crete. Our time was even more great with our stay at the Domes Zeen luxury apartments. All the staff could not be more helpful with special mention to Kristina and Maria. Also a special mention to our Olympic Holidays rep. Julie. Julie was so helpful when we phoned her. I recently dealt with Bhavin Shah, from Olympic Holidays by telephone call. I cannot fault the service received from Bhavin, he was patient, friendly, professional, courteous, and was able to help book additional accommodation for extra family members, even getting them on the same flight. Bhavin explained everything fully and advised next steps, timescale for receipt of paperwork, etc. Excellent customer service and very much appreciated.

I’ve just booked our 3rd Greek island hopping trip with Olympic, so I guess that speaks for itself. David Pascoe went above and beyond, in his efforts to get everything tweaked, to create our perfect holiday.

I researched and booked a holiday for clients through Olympic Holidays and have dealt with Deyana to complete the initial enquiry and then Dora Messiou throughout. The booking included a disabled passenger, so needed to include airport and airline assistance, adapted transfer and adapted room. Throughout, Dora was as helpful as I could have hoped and never dropped the ball. In the lead up to the holiday, and even during the holiday, the client made several requests for amendments. On every occasion Dora took the request and simply handled it. My clients are extremely happy with the entire holiday and the service that has been provided. Thank you Dora, you are a star!

I stayed at the Annabelle Beach Resort in Hersonissos, which is graded highly. I stayed from the 14/10/24 till the 21/10/24. I was lead to believe (my fault for not looking into it) that this was an ideal 'solo' holiday destination. I was the only solo person at this resort and apart from two English couples, the resort was predominantly German holiday makers. For this Solo holiday I payed £1159.39p + €70 in tax when I got to the resort. I contacted Intel Travel about the costs, but they never replied to my email (pre going on holiday, but post paying in full for holiday) about being advised by TUI that this holiday, with same flights and details was £925 with them! Having had bypass surgery in February, this was to be a rehab break for me. I guess being on my own with no other single people at the resort, I was very much on my own! With regards to the Resort; the staff were really friendly and the cold buffet food was lovely. The hot buffet food unfortunately was luke warm, but mostly cold, but to be fair, still tasted quite nice. Sadly the room cleaning was really poor and I have pictures of the grime on the bathroom door, rim of the sink and edging of the shower. For the sake of good cleaning products and routines this should easily be avoided, but my room had weeks, maybe more of grime and dust in it. Maybe the the holiday reps should visit more regularly and be checking the rooms for quality and hygiene. Especially when people are paying a lot of money out. Just returned from a weeks holiday in Zante with my son that was booked through Olympic Holidays & can honestly say what an easy, trouble-free & pleasant experience we had. The holiday rep Amanda was lovely & very helpful & booked an amazing trip/day out on our behalf on a mountain jeep safari that was fantastic, & I’d highly recommend.

Booked our wedding in the Dome Beach hotel in Cyprus for October 17th, Polly you were absolutely amazing. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble you helped in anyway you could and made sure my day ran so smoothly, you fitted in with the family and will remember my special day forever because of you. I had a fantastic month's stay on Symi, all smoothly engineered by the uber professional rep, Tracey who is of the old school rep genre and an absolute star; bending over backwards to attend to every request. Totally excellent service from Olympic Holidays once more. Thank you Tracey and have a great winter: hopefully putting your feet up! Thanks also to Joanna who helped a great deal at the beginning of my stay. See you again next year no doubt!

We've recently booked our overseas wedding with Olympic holidays and worked with Vanessa to do so. She was so valuable in the whole process, taking time to explain and ensure we were fully confident before we moved forward, explored options for us and generally, was a huge help! Our wedding is May 2025!

We booked through Hampson Travel with Olympic Holidays for the 2nd week of October 2024. We did see a few bad reviews for the Annabelle Beach, Anissaras, but I’m glad this did not put us off booking, as this was a great little resort. The staff are fabulous, especially Gianna! The food was varied and there is definitely something to cater to all tastes, lots of fresh local produce not repetitive, the resort has a lovely little ‘taverna’ on site if you can’t be bothered with the main dining areas, we had a fab room overlooking the sea, and the front of house team were amazing and so helpful. It’s clean, with a private little beach area.quiet but not too far away from Hersonissos centre. Lots to do for families and couples with a great little Spa on site if you want a bit of a pamper! We would visit again. Joanne at Olympic Holidays kept us fully up-to date with transfer times etc which made a smooth, comfortable no stress drop off to & from the airport & resort, questions we had, Joanne responded straight away! We had wonderful time and would recommend. X

We were booked to stay at the Yalis but asked to be moved due to the poor quality of the accommodation. The room was dark and dirty with mouldy curtains, and the gardens were overgrown, with broken machinery and old appliances scattered around the grounds, and could not be classed as 2 star "plus" standard. We were moved for one night to the Alekos in Skiathos town which was even worse, with uncomfortable beds, old bedding and towels, definitely not a 2 or even 1 star. We raised our issues with Olympic on our return but their response was not satisfactory. They rejected our complaints, with the resort manager saying the accommodation was “as described” on the website. However, their website states that the annex has been recently renovated, and the photos are clearly out of date and do not show the junk dumped in the grounds. Interestingly, another customer also gave a poor rating on the Yalis in Sept 2024. The reputation of Olympic Holidays is at stake by allowing both the Yalis and Alekos to be advertised on their website.

Having just returned from a lovely 2 weeks in Rhodes which was made enjoyable by having a knowledgeable friendly rep Tara Palmer. She was always smiling and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Having returned from a wonderful 3 week holiday in Lindos on the island of Rhodes I would like to say a big thank you to our fantastically efficient & caring rep. Tara . Every need, request & question was dealt with & nothing was too much trouble & she always had a smile on her face whatever time of day it was .She is such an asset to Olympic . Have just rebooked for next year . So thank you Tara . Hopefully you will be there to enrich our holiday experience.

Great Customer Service from the team at Olympic holidays Weddings team. Special mention to Lauren who gave us plenty of information regarding a wedding nothing was to much trouble and very knowledgeable. Also Rachael Marron was a great help she helped confirm the booking on Laurens behalf on her day off which was greatly appreciated.
