Everything went well. Communication was great via the Oltmpic holidays app and everything dealt with efficiently. Booked a hire car and once again everything was sorted no problem.

Joanne the manager on Crete, I wonder if Olympic know just how much she does? Always there at the end of the phone, she just can’t do enough for you after we had got home she keeps in touch, now that’s above and beyond. Can’t praise her enough.

We would like to say a big thank you to Shelley for sorting out a replacement holiday at super short notice. We were on our way to the airport when we received a phone call from Shelley explaining our holiday to Volos Greece had been cancelled due to the devastating floods. Within an hour we had been booked on another holiday to Gran Caneria leaving pretty much the same time as our original one. We're having a fantastic time.

Rob Griffiths was very helpful throughout the booking process. A few unforeseen changes had to be made to the accommodation and he went the extra mile in phoning the owner of the apartments to secure a deal which they wished to change.

The Olympic Holidays staff went way beyond to accommodate the requests made. The tour was very well orchestrated with great commentary from Diamond. Learnt a lot, saw many sights and had a great time. Would highly recommend.

During our recent stay in Skopelos we were caught in the floods. Our travel delayed and had to be completely rearranged. Our rep kept in touch and sorted everything, ferry, accommodation and flights. Such a relief. This was not an easy task due to the scale of her task and communication breakdown. Thank you

Rob was really helpful in explaining the process to me, we had never booked a holiday with a ferry transfer before, but he made it all very straightforward. He also looked for the best deal for us. Paper work was emailed across straightaway and exactly as he had explained. It was easy to book and now we look forward to the holiday. Thank you!

The Olympic rep in Skiathos, Yara, was exceptionally helpful in getting us home when we were caught up in the recent storm Daniel disruption.

My hubby & I have just spent 2 weeks island hopping,Skiathos, Skopelos & Alonissos. We were celebrating my hubby's 50th birthday. We had an amazing time, despite the terrible storms in Skiathos. Our rep Yara was great throughout the whole experience, even though thankfully we were not affected to any degree. We will definitely book with Olympic Holidays again. We had a great experience & would definitely recommend.

Simple honest process

We experienced difficulty booking our holiday for 2024 online. We tried to book for 3 weeks in June/July but were unable to do so, it would only quote for two weeks. We contacted Rob Griffiths on Olympic helpline and he sorted it out for us in no time. Very professional, very polite, helpful and a credit to Olympic Holidays.

A lovely quiet setting for these apartments, set in the country with well maintained gardens and a pool. Access to a helpful rep via the Olympic Holidays App. Would use this company again.

Thank you Olympic Holidays. Another fantastic holiday at the Makronisos Holiday Village staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff are exceptional. It’s like home from home. The children spent most days by the pool and can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you for organising a great trip from start to finish.

We booked with Olympic holidays for our stay at Paleo Studios in Corfu. Flights were via easyJet, we endured a 3.5 hour delaon the plane at Gatwick and over 2 hours on return flight. Accomodation was clean and in nice surroundings albeit not that close for the majority of restaurants in Paleo. I was concerned that the pool area had no visible rules shown at the side of the pool and the lifebelt was in the shrubbery and hardl to see. There also wasn't any highly visible depth markers at the pool. Pool safety should be risk managed by Olympic. There were also some broken tiles in this area. Paleo studios are near the lovely Cactus bar and short walk to Spiros grill.

Rhodes lindos , Symi then Kos Island hopping so 2 flights ,2 ferries and 5 transfers all dealt with by Olympic holidays absolutely 1st class service kept well informed and always contact numbers if needed which did not need , 2nd year running we have used this company and have already recommended them to friends and will be happy to do so again , thanks again for making our 2 week holiday stress free !! Looking forward to next year's adventure with you

Everything went well, we enjoyed our holidays booked with Olympic Holidays. When wanting to booked excursions, it was really easy and straightforward. Even when a IT problem was faced, Amanda at Olympic Holidays made sure it didn't affect us. Great customer service, I recommend and will book again.

We have just returned after a traumatic few days in Skiathos! Our local representative and her colleagues were excellent with their communication. Unlike other poor souls holidaying through other companies. No one can help the weather , but communication is the key! Yara Hartkoorn should be commended .

I was originally prepared to just accept the situation in Skiathos and due to the magnificent help and support from your representative Dora Messiou l was able to rebook my holiday till next year. Dora talked me through all options available and ensured that l was aware of any pitfalls. She was further helpful in explaining fully the costs incurred. I honestly believe l would ask for her assistance if/when l book any additional holidays with Olympic
