I have just been on holiday to Zante staying at the Dionysos and Tonia studios in Kalimake for 2 weeks. During my second week there I had a fall and ended up in the local hospital. Our rep Amanda was amazing!! She helped us out with paperwork for insurance reasons, kept popping in to check up on myself and my daughter who stayed with me and offered so much support. My husband flew home with my son in law as he became ill (ended up in hospital back home too) and Amanda sorted everything out at the airport to help them with check in as they had to take our suitcases home too. She is worth her weight in gold and without her help I don't know what we would have done!!

Olympic made our journey to Naxos very stress free and we were kept informed throughout our holiday of any updates or if we needed any recommendations. We will definately use them again for our next visit to Greece due to being felt that they really cared about us. Joe Mullett our rep kept in touch and he really came through for us when we accidently caught the wrong ferry🙈, we should have been in Santorina at lunch time but due to our detour it was 330am before we arrived, Joe kept in touch all the time, he kept us calm and arranged for transfers to our hotel, he even met us at the port at 330am to introduce himself and reassure us and to make sure we got the taxi to our hotel. Joe if it wasnt for you we would still be in Naxos, you were fantastic and a credit to Olympic holidays.

Had a great holiday. Amanda the rep was amazing. She couldn't do enough to help us after my mother in law had an accident and was hospitalised.

Wow Amanda was fantastic My mum had an accident while on Holiday in Zanta, Amanda our rep was fantastic 👏 👌 she came to visit mum, was always there to answer any questions I had , Amanda was a great help and support to myself throughout this difficult time I can not recommend her enough.

Shelley sorted and arranged our holiday for us she was very good and felt she managed things and organised everything very well we will be staying in Mykonos and Paros Cant wait thankyou

I have just returned from my holiday in Kefalos a stunning resort in Kos in Greece,amidst all the chaos at home with flights I was stranded for 3 days and couldn't get home,my rep Maria in the resort,tried everything to get me home and got me the last seat on a Jet2 repatriation flight home,I can't give enough gratitude to Maria,so professional, hardworking,and kept me fully up to date daily with any news,I'm going back on the 14th September,if I ever meet Maria personally a glass of wine is at hand, rep's are there to give a helping hand when needed and Maria certainly did that, I'm so grateful,well done,fantastic service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Phone answered promptly. Pam was very helpful and contacted hotel straightaway with requirements. She explained everything clearly and booking was made very quickly after initial phone call.

The hotel was better that we thought it would be, most of the staff where very helpful and pleasant. The all-inclusive had a great choice of food, and there was plenty of it. The drinks part of the all-inclusive had a poor choice, unless you wanted to pay extra. There were plenty of sun-loungers by the pool and on the beach, and you could get a towel for them for a 10 euro deposit pp and change it every other day. The deposit was refunded on departure.

Made an 'old school' telephone booking instead of online but got free return call from website so no phone charges. Very pleased with Deyana's service and the holiday price and now tempted to book another!

Our Kefalonia holiday rep was Les who provided us with times for our shuttle to and from the airport at the beginning and end of our holiday. He organised an excursion for us via messaging and was very helpful in giving us details of where to meet the bus and what time. He also answered all my questions and reassured me when I was worried about flight cancellations in the news. Fortunately it didn't affect our plane other than to make it an hour late, and he reassured us that he would have helped us make plans if it had been cancelled. He wasn't at the accommodation, but being a low key 2.5 star self-catering apartment, I didn't expect him to be.

If you’ve booked the sun studios and are allocated room 5, change or cancel it! Stayed last year in room 1, as others have said simple basic Greek accommodation. Room 5 is whole different ball game from basic. Under room 4 so as a separate access to the other rooms. It’s basically a damp, basement/dungeon. One small window, so very limited natural light. No outdoor space (you can use courtyard but not really practical especially if all rooms booked) Bathroom is horrendous, damp, mouldy, foisty, tiny. My toes are curling thinking about it whilst sitting in short writing this review 🤢 People say you get what you pay for, but even as one of the less expensive options on Lindos (as nowhere is cheap) this falls well below what any reasonable traveler would expect. One good point, AC worked well. Possibly because no sunlight got in the room to heat it up!

The team at Olympic Holidays guided us through a last minute change of location due to Rhodes Wildfires, they were consistent and seamless in transferring our holiday and understanding. When we got on holiday Jo our Rep in Corfu was easy to contact, so knowledgeable and helped us make the most of the island. We had an issue with our transfer on the way back to the airport and Jo stepped in and got us support from local companies, the hotel and the airport staff, ensuring we had got there and were looked after on arrival Brillaint

Good customer service is getting easier to find in the UK but GREAT customer service remains a rare thing and FANTASTIC customer service is even rarer! But I found it and it’s at the centre of Olympic Holidays customer service department and her name is Helen Lord! I’ve had an absolute nightmare and thought I’d have to cancel our imminent holiday to the Greek islands. I emailed for advice and Helen gave me lots - eventually dealing with me 1:1 until we found a solution. She was always available to take a call or if she absolutely couldn’t, she’d tell me exactly when she’d call back - and she always did, without fail. She’s calculated and re-calculated things, made suggestions, helped me make decisions and more, all done with professionalism, courtesy, kindness, empathy and good humour. She’s exactly the person you want to answer the phone or your email when you’re in the middle of a crisis and just need help! I can’t praise her too highly. She’s what will bring me back to book our future holidays with Olympic, knowing what safe and knowledgeable hands we’re in.

I’ve recently returned from Tsilivi and I can’t speak highly enough of Amanda the Olympic rep. We had quite a few issues which was actually making us want to go home on the first night, Amanda did everything in her power to help us and every issue we had Amanda raised with the hotel and owners and most of the issues were fixed and rectified. Amanda was friendly, listened to our issues and was concerned for us, not once did she try to dismiss us or our feelings. She made our holiday more bearable. An absolute asset to the Olympic team!

Be very careful, you see rooms on the hotel website but these aren't the rooms you get with Olympic. There is usually another block that is run down and needs updating, this is the accommodation you get. You really need to make sure that the Olympic photos match the hotels.

We had a great holiday staying at the Avra apartments in Lindos. Tara (the Olympic rep) was brilliant and so helpful before travelling and during our stay. I was able to contact her to check a couple of things before travelling which made it so much easier. She’s a star! Bhavin is also brilliant with booking our holiday and has helped us once again. His knowledge and help is so appreciated.

We have just returned home from a lovely week in Lindos, and Tara has been the absolute best representative there is. We were meant to fly home on Thursday, but unfortunately Easyjet had cancelled our flight. Tara was so helpful and got us in contact with the home office quickly (thank you Dean) then told us exactly what we needed to do to get back to Lindos for an additional 2 days before our rescheduled flight. Luckily, our room was still available which Tara took time to assist in getting us back in, putting our minds at ease and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you Tara for being an absolute legend!

Great flight with Tui, but they need to keep to schedule. Our flight to Skiathos was 45 minutes late. Not a big deal but I was aiming to catch the last ferry to Skopelos. Many people on the plane were doing the same. Lateness causes: Wasted ferry ticket Stress finding accommodation in Skiathos Overnight accommodation costs Lost evening of holiday. Punctuality matters!
