Excellent customer service. Staff really friendly, polite and helpful. All charted connections and taxis arrive on time and were seamless in transition. We loved the history and beauty of Athens and the calm, relaxing atmosphere on Andros. Our first time in Greece and would definitely recommend to anyone!

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Plakias, staying at Dora Rooms. It's our fourth visit to Plakias and our first with Olympic. The rooms were perfect for us, nice and close to town and only a mile or two from Damnoni, our favourite beach. The owner of the rooms was very friendly.

We did an island hopping holiday in June... One of the best hols we've ever had. Gorgeous hotels, amazing transfer organisation between all destinations and really helpful Olympus reps keeping us informed of timings etc by WhatsApp. Really could not fault it. Can't wait to do it all again, superb, thank you.

I booked a holiday to Cyprus on 17 Jul 23. This was my first booking since 2019. After reviewing holidays online and finding a suitable one, I rang Olympic Holidays and spoke to Rob Griffiths. He was very patient with me and helped me to find the right holiday - I had wanted a Self-Catering 1 Bedroom Apartment but Rob showed me that the holiday I'd selected was in fact a Superior Bedroom, which I did not want. Rob took the time to check other resorts for me, that I had in mind, and ensured I retained my selected flights, noted my special requirements for the location of the Bedroom Apartment, and even pointed out my discount as a returning customer. Rob made my Booking a pleasant experience, having not done this for x4 years, and I felt confident that I was in good hands. This is why I rated this a 5-star experience. Yammas!

Rob Griffiths sorted and resolved my booking problem and enabled us to book again with Olympic Holidays to Parga for June next year. He, and Olympic Holidays where extremely helpful. We have been to the same place in Parga for at least 6 years and always book with Olympic. They are a very good company.

We stayed for a week in the Avra apartments in Lindos. The apartments are fairly basic but the location more than makes up for it, they are literally on the beach. It’s lovely and peaceful in the evenings but you are only a few minutes walk to the centre of Lindos where you will find something for everyone in a wonderful setting. Tara was our Olympic rep for the week and was very helpful and knowledgeable - thank you Tara.

Stayed at Alamis and Manousis in Zante. I booked online and Amanda the Resort Manager was really helpful as I had a few questions and a small issue which was quickly resolved. Good old fashioned Customer Service at its best. Thank you!

I have just returned home for a lovely little break in the Alamis apartments. George and the staff were all super friendly and really helpful. In this small family run place the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, travelling on my own I felt very welcome and safe. The rooms are basic as reflected in the price, they are really comfortable and clean, shower was great, regular towel change and bin empty daily. Pool great, plenty of sunbeds. Amanda from Olympic was also really helpful answering my millions of questions, gave great suggestions and has excellent local knowledge.

We are just at the end of our third holiday booked with Olympic over the last 3 years, this time to Leros in Greece. Their customer service has always been fantastic - our flight coming out was cancelled while we were at the gate waiting to board and this meant our transfers and ferry itinerary had to be changed at the last minute, they were great at rearranging this for us ASAP and communication was always very fast via telephone calls and WhatsApp chat. In previous years on other Olympic holidays to Greece, we have had flights that have changed significantly at the last minute and we were not informed (not Olympic’s fault, it was entirely the fault of the airline) which caused us to miss it, and they were able to arrange a hotel for us to stay overnight and booked us onto the next available flight the next day at no additional cost to us. I always recommend Olympic because of their great customer service and their offer of a brilliant variety of Greek Islands.

Just returned from our 2 week holiday in Lourdas, Kefalonia staying in Maria's apartment. We should been staying in Katelios studios but the owner has moved to Jet 2. We had a great holiday and the Rep Les, was brilliant going over and above our expectations. We really like Olympic and hope they can get some more accommodation in Katelios which our preferred location.

Having paid the balance due, we booked a holiday with them to go to a Hilton Hotel in Hurghada, the hotel closed in 2018 and now rebranded to another supplier. We cannot find a suitable hotel so asked for a refund which they refused, we then asked them to put this in writing which they have refused to do as they know we can go back to the Credit Card company and get a refund... Spent over 6 hours on the phone to them and still no further ahead. My advice is do not trust them !! Switching holidays for poorer alternatives is not acceptable. We have reported to AMEX And MBNA for refunds to the cards.

We recently travelled with our parents to Lindos, Rhodes. Tara the local rep was so helpful in ensuring we were allocated great rooms next to each other, helped with our parents transfer to the accommodation and was responsive from before the start of the holiday until it was time to leave. Great service and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Booked our wedding through Olympic weddings and they couldn’t have been more helpful and everything went smoothly, Michelle our wedding coordinator was brilliant. Our wedding was perfect from start to finish, Thankyou!

We have just returned from our Island hopping holiday and we've had a fabulous time. Upon arrival we were met at Athens airport and had a private taxi transfer to Rafina port. All tickets and information provided. Had a wonderful week in Tinos at the Aeolos Bay hotel which we can highly recommend. We had a superior sea view room with amazing views. On then to Naxos to the Aeolis Boutique hotel, our second visit. Great location and such lovely staff. Nothing is too much trouble. A simple hotel, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. Our only slight niggle was that the transfer was 25 minutes late to take us to the port for the ferry to Santorini. We were starting to get worried as time was tight. When it finally arrived the driver said 'no problem, the ferry is running late'. If we had just had a text or whatsapp message telling us this we could have relaxed a little. Its only one small thing out of a fantastic holiday but worth noting (we feel) I had a message as we were at the port regarding our accommodation in Santorini which was helpful. As I said just a very small detail. Finally, thank you for a very special holiday, we will definitely book with Olympic holidays again.

Olympic holiday were amazing from start to finish. Easy to get hold off and issues that had arose were sorted asap. Made my trip easy and relaxing. Had a great time in fira the place was spot on! Amazing hotel santorini palace and great staff. Defo come back and as my first time aswell defo go through olympic holiday again. Massive thank you to rep Joe brillant customer service and so helpful.
