Room unclean, bathroom very unclean, shower too small and leaks everywhere, we had to sweep and clean ourselves to make it an acceptable leave! Maid come at 9:30 which is too early when your on holiday and also knocks the door asking for money even if we was still sleeping! Bed very hard and uncomfortable, no Wi-Fi in room. Travel rep Tara was very good and helpful!

Booked late to Marianna in Marmari (just outside Sidari) Apts were basic but clean with regular visits from cleaner. Pool was great, plenty of beds & pool bar open from 9am till late. Free minibus into Sidari 4 x daily which is very handy or 25 min walk. Prices at bar very reasonable as is safe & air con. Family are great, no problem communicating & very friendly & willing to help where they can. Food is available all day & delicious but is limited. They overcome this with a Greek night & Italian night (well worth it) Rep Joe Hill is very helpful & knowledgeable. Knows her stuff & good communication. Would defo visit again.

Have been travelling with Olympic for 20 years and never disappointed in their service and organisation. We tend to holiday on the remoter islands and all transfers (taxi, bus, ferry) are always smooth and on time. We returned to Saraya on Leros this year and were very impressed with the quality of the accommodation on our last night in Kos at Blue Nest - a huge improvement on last year's hotel in Kos Town. Great company to deal with both online and by phone.

We love going back to stay at Sevasti Studios on Symi. The family welcome us back so warmly!! It was extremely hot on Symi while we were there but the balcony catches the breeze which cools us down. The views are stupendous because the apartments are high up. They are kept very clean and we really appreciate the simple kitchen in which we could prepare meals.

The island of Rhodes is lovely, we were based in Ixia at Nadia Hotel, and beautiful medieval Rhodes town was a short bus ride away. We went on day trips to Lindos, which was a great spot, and had a boat trip to Symi. The hotel was perfect and served a great buffet breakfast. Olympic Holidays came into their own and saved our sanity when our easyjet flight was cancelled with about 3 hours notice. The UK office rescheduled our flights and Jo, based locally, was ultra organised and sorted accommodation out for us so quickly. We had an extra 3 nights because of easyjet in Anixia Hotel, very close to our original accommodation, with Glynis and her family and team. Glynis did so much to make us feel welcome, and make a stressful situation so much easier. We managed to enjoy our extra few days in Rhodes. Thanks again to Jo from olympic holidays!

Spent a week with two friends at Hara's apartments in Keteleios Kefalonia. The apartments are basic but clean, and set in beautiful mature gardens with a small pool. Located off of the main roads and within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Perfect for a quiet and very relaxed week away. Les, our resort rep was very helpful and kept us informed, and answered any questions we had. Am looking forward to returning very soon.

Island hopping around Greece was great with Olympic, knowledgeable tour guide at the end of the phone and everything went to plan, except the odd late ferry, which is no issue when you’re on holiday! Big thanks to Joe our rep, who was really helpful and reasssuring when required.

Recently spent two weeks on zakynthos. On arriving at airport no rep to be found. Went outside to find transfer bus. No joy. Went back into airport and found rep. On telling her my name and where I was going. She told the driver. " I have found IT and was then taken to my transfer bus. On 30 June, first day of holiday, j collapsed at the bar whilst buying water and some juice, splitting my head and later found out I had a cracked rib. Owners of accommodation could not have been more helpful, looked after me very well and on returning me to my room, checked on me frequently. I was told the accident would have to be reported to olympic for insurance purposes and I would get a visit from rep. Yes I got a visit, ONE WEEK later. This was the only time I saw an Olympic rep. No information or follow up and no information on when I would be picked up from the hotel to go to airport on the home flight. Very disappointed in the lack of care and lack of communication from Olympic rep, think twice about using the company again.

I was booking a holiday on line when i wasn’t sure about ages of children, I noticed that I could get a call back from them if I clicked the button. It was amazing as a very nice lady by the name of Shelly Kingston called me back with in 2 minutes, Shelly answered my question immediately and ask me if I would like her to look for the holiday form me, I agreed and she found the same holiday for me £150 cheaper (for 6) Shelly Kingston is very polite and professional, Thank you, you are a credit to Olympic holidays.

Our Rep, Tara, in Lindos, Rhodes was just fantastic and in 40+ years of going to Lindos, the best ever. Helpful, keen, resolved any problems and interested in the guests she was looking after.

Just returned from our best holiday ever - so far - having spent a week on Kos. In particular, our holiday rep Maria was very helpful with her support and suggestions.

Very disappointed with Olympic regarding their response with our problem. We have used Olympic for many years spending a lot of money looks like that doesn't go anywhere. We experienced a terrible time with Tui flight to and from Corfu. I emailed Olympic Post Departure dpt with our complaint. Recieved a reassuring reply saying Olympic will sort it and will get back to me within 28 days.With 28 days up had no response. E mailed Olympic and they said its my problem with Tui not theirs.Reminded them it was Olympic over 28 days ago who said they would sort it. I booked this holiday with Olympic, surely its in your interest to see how your loyal customers are treat. Olympic Sent my complaint to Tui for me to sort 28days after first contact so waiting another 28 days but its me who has to sort it. Pete Smedley ref 10405223

Great communication throughout

Just returned from Rethymno in Crete staying at the Ideon Hotel which has just had its rooms modernised to a very high standard. We have used Olympic 3 times now for a stay at the Ideon booking online, everything run like clockwork so very impressed and have booked again with them, again at the Ideon for July 2024. We normally hire a car & collect it at the airport so not having transfers included was not a problem. Next year we are going to hire a car as & when needed in Rethymno so needed to book transfers & was surprised when we were offered a transfer by Olympic for only 2euros, yes 2euros for 2 of us return. This was only if you book at the same time as booking the holiday though. Thank you to Julie the rep for her lovely welcome whatsapp message, we did not need to contact her during our stay but from talking to other guests she is very helpful.

Just returned from a ten day holiday, staying at Kresten Palace Hotel in Rhodes. We were a party of nine, and I have to say that we had the most wonderful holiday! The hotel was perfect! The staff were amazing and Olympic Holidays even organised our own mini bus travel to and from the airport upon arrival and departure. 50p/person!!! That was a huge huge bonus as we’d had visions of being stuck on a coach having to stop and start as passengers were dropped off at their various destinations along the way…. Not an issue for us at all in the end. If you are planning to stay at Kresten Palace, it has all you need. The rooms we booked were a little tired and dated but it didn’t matter at all as they were totally clean and adequate for our needs. Thank you Olympic Holidays! Just an aside- we booked our flights separately with easy jet, and I have to say that unfortunately, their standards, operating practices, staff and reliability, were abysmal. I now recognise that you truly do, ‘get what you pay for’ !! Just a rip off and you’re charged extra for EVERYTHING!! The staff were a shabby mix of misfits. Our flight was supposed to be a FOUR hour one but firstly we departed almost two hours late and then had to make an emergency stop in Lyon, THREE hours into the flight, because we were low on fuel!!! WHAT!?! Call me old fashioned but I miss the flight attendants and service of the pre 2000’s.

Just returned from an Island hopping trip with Olympic with my husband and 3 children. It really was fantastic! The reps, bus drivers and hotel staff were all lovely. The communication was excellent and the information pack on arrival was comprehensive and clear. All transfers were easy and quick and the hotels were very comfortable and in great locations (and also spotlessly clean!). Highly recommend Olympic!!

Excellent service from the start of our holiday to the end. We stayed a week in Kalymnos at the kalydna Hotel. The staff were amazing and Maria the Olympic rep is a credit to the company. The only downside is the lack of sunbeds. Thank you, Dianne Foley

Fantastic customer service! David Pascoe has been amazing. I have been trying to find a holiday for my daughter and her friend with no luck. I telephoned Olympic Holidays with no real expectation or hope, but David changed that! He searched for a day or two and despite a couple of set backs he secured a holiday for my daughter. One happy daughter....Thanks David
