We had a great holiday in Zante with Olympic Holidays, a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had problems selecting a tour from the App, but our friendly Olympic rep, Neil, came to our rescue by visiting us several times to help us, even finding us a venue for a Greek evening in the next town, and taking us there himself! This personal touch made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Thank you Neil!

Olimpic especially Les in Kefalona did an excelent job of orgenising and adjusting our holiday as we we requested. A great manager, kept us informed and up to date, An Excellent manger. Hotel Nostos was as described and the management were a pleasure to deal with. Staff were great, A pleasure to stay. The village, as expected small but had four good restaurants and a great waterfront bar serving ice creams and beer, the mini market was well stocked an the owner very plesent. We were a little disapointed that our hotel pool bar closed at 7 pm, as we like to have a nightcap after dinner, there was an indoor bar but not the same as the pool bar. We did notice that there was no Greek ( or any other) music played in the hotel or the restaurants which was shame. All in all a good holiday, with Les at Ollimpic making it all happen

Olympic booked us flights that arrived too late to connect with the ferry. Had a grotty holel, bit like a morgue, in the back streets of Rhodes No breakfast next morning, not even a cup of tea! 1/2 hour from Rhodes town. On return trip Ttaken to same hotel for 8 hours. Two days of a 7 day holiday spoilt. NO COMPENSATION!

Shelley responded in the time frame that she said she would with an itinerary and suggested hotels. I didn’t like one of the hotels but she persevered and found alternatives. She had visited two of the islands and offered recommendations on restaurants and what to do. I liked her phone manner too. Note… this is a review in the booking experience not on the arrangements themselves - that will follow I’m sure.

Holiday itinerary was provided in advance and was clear and concise. Our rep Julie contacted us on our first day and was available on WhatsApp throughout and advised us of departure details on day before departure. All very efficient. Would be quite happy to book another holiday with Olympic Holidays.

I have been using Olympic Travel for years and as a solo traveller find they have been excellent for my needs. From booking to reps at the airport to greet you great service. This year I stayed in different accommodation as my usual place was not in the brochure. It was a fab place, clean, chilled, friendly but there was one dark area which I had to walk to get to the main town and as I was on my own I didn’t feel safe. If it wasn’t for that I would go back in a heartbeat! My rep Neil was great and I spoke to him many times on my holiday. He was extremely friendly and helpful- a great asset to Olympic Travel. Hopefully when I come to book for next year I can find something back in the centre of Tsilivi.

We are just back from a stay at the Alamis Hotel in Tsilivi, Zante, booked via Olympic Holidays. Staff at the hotel were lovely. The room we had was okay - after speaking to other guests we came to realise that Olympic guests were the poor relations as our rooms were basic, the cleaning contract that Olympic had in place with the hotel was not great. The towels were changed every few days which was great. The bed linen - mine was changed once, my husbands was changed more frequently (he is type 1 diabetic and had a couple of night sweats so cleaner recognised his bed linen needed a change). Bathroom cleanliness was awful. It wouldn't take two minutes to clean the toilet every morning rather than twice in 11 days! (I suffer with food intolerances...need I say more?) I am an ex housekeeper so maybe I expect a bit more when I stay in hotels. I spoke to one of the owners on our last morning and he told me that they had a set contract with Olympic over room cleans and what was expected - mqybe this needs a review? As I said above, room itself was clean but the bathroom just needed a little extra daily tlc. Saying this we would stay again as the location was fab and even though we overlooked the supermarket roof, it didn't detract from the glorious blue skies overhead.

I had to contact Olympic twice, once to check how I could log into my TUI flights, and second at late notice from mer to book a transfer, On both occasions they answered the phone within a minute ( unusual these days) and then were polite friendly and very helpful Maria Solomou , you are a star !

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the Zante star apartments in Tvilsi, what an amazing place, staff so friendly and welcoming, nothing to much trouble- excellent transfers to and from airport and everything went to plan. Would definitely recommend this place and Olympic holidays

Our holiday to Athens and then on to Crete was extremely well organised with meet and greet at the airport and onward arrangements. The reps Joanna and Olivia made contact with us and offered support and informed us of our pick up time and location to return home etc. Excellent 👍

We booked for the third time over a 10year period with Olympic Holidays for a package to Greece. On this occasion to the Peloponnese, with self catering accommodation at Theoxenia Hotel in Chrani on the Messina peninsular . The Hotel was a small family run Hotel which was to an exceptionally high standard. The hosts take a real pride in the quality they provide . We would highly recommend Olympic Holidays and this location and Hotel.
