Buying the furniture was great, the chair and love seat were both very comfortable, only problem was that the chair (i realize it was on clearance) had bugs in the fabric, every time I sat in it I was bitten on my legs. I had to have the chair sprayed to kill what ever it was biting me and my family. I was told by the salesperson I could not return the chair it was sold as is...but I never expected it to come with a family of bugs.....

I have been out of town since my furniture was delivered last Saturday. I am very happy with my purchase but I did notice a couple of snags in the fabric. Please advise.

The sales person, Cheryl, was fantastic - I have zero decorating sense but she helped me pick out fabric, coordinating pillows - wasn't pushy - very helpful- and my new living room looks FANTASTIC! ! Staff at Old Brick were friendly from the desk staff to the loading dock - quality of the furniture vs cost is excellent too - definitely shopping there again!
delivery damaged furniture. they never called back after i complained.
From sales to delivery, staff was friendly and professional. Delivery personnel were great, and managed to maneuver the bed frame up a very tight stairway with no complications. They took note that the mattress, which was removed from its packing box on delivery, was stained on the bottom, and immediately told us we will get a new one to replace it. We do not view this as the fault of Old Brick, and appreciate the professional attitude of the delivery team. We received a copy of their notation of the condition of the mattress, and await replacement.
Employee's were super helpful and prices were very reasonable.
Right from the start everyone was very helpful. My only complaint is I sent an e-mail the day after my chair arrived and I still have not received a response.
The staff at Old Brick were very polite and gave me space to make my decision at the store. They delivered my couch and tables within the time frame we agreed to and without problems.
