Scheduling delivery was extremely difficult. They would not let us select a time slot, and would not inform us until that AM what time they were coming. For families with tight schedules, this was hard to do. I most likely won't use Old Brick again because of this. That being said, the delivery people, and the furniture are great.
My husband and I purchased a new Sterns & Foster mattress. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and professional. The delivery people set up our new base and mattress and removed the old one with courtesy and professionalism. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and the quality of our purchase. We highly recommend Old Brick to anyone who is looking for new furniture.
I've found over the years that Old Brick has quality furniture at reasonable prices. I recently purchased a recliner which didn't work out for me. Old Brick took it back without a hassle, and made arrangements to pick it up when delivering its replacement. The people who work there are very friendly, without being pushy, and helpful.

I went to Old Brick first. Then to Taft. Then to Way More and Flannigan. Then came back to Old Brick and bought a recliner sofa for my moms bday. She loves it! Old Brick Salesman Was excellent and the delivery guys were very careful not to damage the sofa and the entrance to the house. This is my third purchase at OB. Definitely recommend them!

The 2 rocker recliners I had purchased were immediately returned for refund. I had compared the display chair which was a medium indigo blue on the showroom floor to a throw pillow I brought and they matched perfectly. Upon unboxing the 2 purchased chairs that I brought home, I was horrified to find they were an eggplant, almost black color. I immediately called the customer care center and spoke with someone named Rachel. When I expressed my amazement at the extreme difference in color from the chair I had seen at the store, she replied "well, our lighting in the showroom is terrible" and offered no sort of resolution. I said "you're kidding me right? She began to talk over me. She said they probably came from a different dye lot than the display model. I told her I am well aware of the possibilities of slight color differences from dye lot to dye lot but that a difference from a medium blue to an almost black is absurd. Again she kept talking over me and was completely condescending. I found her attitude, tone and overall unprofessional manner upsetting to the point that rather than trying to still seal the deal if 2 chairs of the appropriate color could be located, I opted to simply say that both chairs are enroute back to the store and to credit the purchase back to my acct. Your records will indicate that I have done business with Old Brick on other occasions over the years and I am sorry to have to express such displeasure over this latest dealing your company.

I was very happy with the sales person that helped me pick out my kitchen table and chairs. The furniture was delivered on a timely basis, and they placed it right were I wanted it.
I used to love this place. Over the years, it became the only place we even shopped at, because it was so easy. Not anymore. We purchased a special order couch that would be ready for us in 10-12 weeks. Two days after we placed the order, the room we planned to put the couch in flooded. We decided to use the couch in a different room. We called OB right away to change the fabric. We had already chosen the fabric we wanted for the 2nd room. No one would deal with us. Each person we spoke to claimed the issue was someone else's job to handle. Finally found someone to handle it 2 days later, and they claimed it was too late to change the order. They just didn't want to change it, clearly. 4 days on a 10-12 week wait?
our bed was out of stock and was told it would be in in 2 weeks, it took 2 months. then when it finally arrived we had to wait 10 days for delivery after watching your commercials for 3 days or less free delivery, we waited 10 days and were charged a delivery fee. Probably the last time i shop there.

I have been in the process of downsizing for the past 5 years. I finally found a condo that was unique and historic and closed on it in January 2017. I have spent the last 4 months painting, renovating the kitchen, installing flooring, etc. to have it be brand new - or "certified used pre- owned." I love Old Brick. The quality and value of their products is superb! They are closing one of their stores and having a huge clearance sale - which came at the perfect time for me!!! I just bought a new bedroom set, a sleeper sofa and recliner, a Tempurepedic mattress, and a second sleeper sofa and love seat for the loft area and a curio cabinet for my new China... Finally - at 58.... All were clearance items but most of them were brand new, from stock. My entire condo will have new, high end functional furniture to keep things simple yet accommodating for guests. Hank at the Troy Store was super accommodating and helpful, and honest. I had some questions after my purchase and got a response from the website in 24 hours. They answered my questions and resolved my concerns that day.. I have always loved Old Brick for their customer service, prices and selection. I am extremely happy with my most recent experience. I would recommend Old Brick to anyone, especially those most dear to me who deserve only the best in life.
