Amish bedroom furniture is great. A little pricey but well worth the money. Delivery guys were the best. They did their job without bumping into a thing considering all the twists and turns they had to make going to the second floor. I buy all my furniture at Old Brick and I don`t even look anywhere else. Quality stuff and no pressure in the store at all. Thanks !!

Pricing is always good, had to order furniture as we did not want 'powered' reclining on any and recliner was delivered with power, requiring a reorder. They left the incorrect unit while being reordered so no inconvenience, but order should be correct 1st time, otherwise 5 stars,
From shopping in a stress free, no pressure environment to delivery and installation of my furniture, I was pleased with Old Brick. I would highly recommend them. The only issue I had was they didn't call me on the day of delivery but I have an out-of-state cell phone number and they probably forgot to use the area code.
found the sofa we wanted. It wasn't in stock so it had to be ordered. It arrived within the time frame we were told. Received a call that it was ready for pick up. Pick up was easy. We love Old Brick!!
The base came w out all the parts . Now the mattress ( after 2 days ) have something popping out bulging . Not happy w this purchase at all ! I spent a great deal of money on this set . Very disappointed. Also my home was damaged in the process of them bribing it up my stairs !!!
Wonderful experience.. Laurie was great.. she understood our needs and was easy to talk too.. and the people who delivered were awesome.. they put it together very quickly and we're very well behaved.. all in all a wonderful experience..
I purchased the couch on February 19th, and did not recieve the couch until the May 23. It was a full two months late. I had to keep calling to get get any info on when it would arrive. No customer service at all.
The salespeople were very helpful and patient with us, the inventory to select from was great, and the prices very reasonable. There was an error with the delivery process in that we had opted to pick up our furniture and showed up after receiving two phone calls that it was ready. When we arrived however, it wasn't even there (still at a different location). So, we made a trip for nothing, but the salesman offered to provide free home delivery as a resolution and we were satisfied with that.
Everything was done with ease and professionalism from the placing of the (special) order to the on-time delivery!

We purchased a table and six chairs. Three of the chairs wobble, and within a week of delivery a screw fell out the the table.One of the joints where a leaf gets installed is not flush on one side. I expected better from these guys.
I had to pick up in Albany and assemble but it turned out nice at a very good price. I'm satisfied.
From the moment I walked into the showroom, until they came to repair the slit in the cambric that happened while the sofa was in transit, every experience I had was handled with perfection and professionalism. I will, without question, be using Old Brick the next time I need any piece of furniture. (Cambric, is the piece of fabric that covers the bottom of the sofa to keep dust out.)

Old Brick is my first choice when buying furniture. Their prices seem a better deal than other firms locally. In my last visit, I had to go looking for a salesperson to handle my purchases. I would have given five stars if I had been approached by someone to see if I needed help. I will shop there again anyway.
Purchase was on 3/18/17. I was told we would get our custom order by May 1st. It's now May 19th and no chairs, so I can't review those. When I call I'm told 8-10 weeks as it says on my receipt. I told them I realize that, but the saleswoman told me May 1st. My bedroom set is beautiful and I love it. The guys who delivered and set it up were A+ in their professionalism and work. Highly recommend for non-custom purchases.
