Had Kevin and Charlie deliver our sofa and table top they were polite and very efficient on getting the items through our door, with the sofa having to go around the back. They were fast and very careful and helpful.

Beautiful furniture and a great service. Kept up to date on my delivery and the guys who made the delivered were great. Really helpful and considerate of my property when bringing in large items. Went through how it all worked as well

Beware of buying any furniture with painted elements to it, they scuff and mark easily and after numerous messages back and forth to customers services they do not offer any touch up paints. My conversation started with customer services - sorry we don’t do touch up paints - I asked for the manufacturer contact details so I could ask them…..sorry we can’t give you them - after threatening with a negative review, I was asked if I wanted to purchase the paint in bulk from the manufacturer??? No….i just want a touch up paint pot!!! - I was then offered the details of a restorer…..what??? that will cost a fortune!!! - eventually offered the services of a technician…..great for now but what about when I need them touching up next time??? Oak Furnitureland, I’ve spent over £5k please please sort touch up paints for your many customers, it can’t be that hard to do and will ensure repeat business I’m sure. I for one will not be returning. UPDATE - order number irrelevant as I’m not looking for a replacement. I caused the damage/scuff/knock whilst moving the furniture. Just looking for a small pot of touch up paint

After all the problems with our move but the exceptional service that was shown during the problems we would definitely recommend Oak Furniture for purchasing goods. Delivery boys Sean and Frankie were very polite and respectful of my property. My couches were in and fitted together very quickly, and with no problems .

It was easy to order and pay for the furniture, alter that things didn’t go so well. Yes, delivery to the door (which you pay for) went ok, but you are dumped with a mile of polystyrene and packing materials. (There was no help with taking these away). Then the problems started. First of all (unlike the showroom model) the doors didn’t close and sat askew in relation to one another Secondly the store where purchased could not help and we were passed to Customer Service who were extremely slow to answer. Third, this activity lead to the need to submit photographs of the problem to them. Not so easy for geriatrics!! After further (difficult) to achieve contact with Customer Services, it was agreed that new doors and hinges would be dispatched and when delivered we are required to re-contact Customer Service again and they would dispatch a fitter to fit the new doors. In the interim, of course, we have an unusable piece of furniture which was paid for some time ago. When some compensation was hinted at a robust refusal ensued, in which it was stated that “they were putting it right for us. “ I’m unimpressed with Oak Funniture Land.

The shop in Blackpole was brilliant. The salesman who had come from the ragtrade brilliant. What wasn't brilliant was their VIP delivery. I do not blame the driver. The other guy was rude, disrespectful and very animated. I had to come down to collect my bed from the van and drive it to my house. I even offered to take them up and bring them back down. All the boy wanted to do was finish and go home because it was "Friday afternoon mate" The experience was horrible and most upsetting!!! We were hoping to buy more furniture to match but what is the point if that's how we're treated. They gave us our VIP payment back and how exciting, a "free" tin of polish that has taken 4 weeks to get here. Even a girl that was trying to help from oakland agreed the boy was extremely rude. You're loss oakland, could of sold so much more!!!

The delivery staff were excellent but the delivery time was between 1830 and 2130 Which is too late to receive a delivery or a corner unit to be delivered
