Such a huge choice, it took time to wander around looking for what I wanted. The staff greeted me, but after that they stood back and were waiting in the background to assist further. I could take my time and didn't feel at all rushed. As soon as I had chosen they were quick to serve me and explain all the details needed for delivery. I must admit, I do regret buying the extra insurance, but that is my fault and staff can't be blamed for trying!
Brilliant so helpful
We had Liam and Tom deliver our sofa, paid for premium service and that’s what we had. Sofa delivered on time by 2 polite and helpful young men. Sofa all unpacked and packaging taken away. We did put the sofa together ourselves as we were happy to, but they were more than happy to do that for us if we wanted. Fab service would recommend and will definitely buy from oak furniture land again.

Delivery didn’t turn up in the allocated slot. Time taken off work to accommodate the three hour window and not even a phone call to say they weren’t coming!

The sales dept was excellent, efficient and pleasant. The delivery at the time expected. We have a stairlift but the area is by no means small which caused a bit of consternation. Unpacking the furniture was very arduous for 80 year olds.
Ordered a new table and chairs from the Derby store, great service all round from James. Had a slight issue with one chair after delivery but it was sorted immediately and again excellent service from the online team. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again as the products are excellent and so too is the customer service. 5 stars!

The Milton Keynes store was ok a little force full about buying goods in store instead of online, we had our delivery when we asked for and we paid extra to have goods assembled. Unfortunately while assembling the goods were found to be damaged. We called customer services and surprise surprise could not get through still trying. I’ll have second thoughts about using Oak Furniture land in the future
Straight forward ordering process . Polite and friendly staff who explained the furniture aftercare and pointed out the long lead times on some items I ordered so no surprises.
