We purchased 3 seaters sofa in a shop located in Speke, Liverpool. Staff was friendly, provided professional advice and made whole experience nice and stress free. Our new sofa is lovely, meets our expectations and is in really good quality. Taking afternoon nap has been put to new level. We ordered premium delivery service - it was on time, and as agreed: we received 3 hours window delivery 2 days before via text and e-mail + they called 30 minutes before arrival. I would highly recommend Oak Furniture - furniture themselves and services the company provides.
We realised we should have also bought the Brompton stool, and was pleased that Dexter was there to make the sale. Such a nice guy.

Good communication and arrived on time
The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the products were of good quality and at a reasonable price. The delivery was within the time slot but the delivery men did not ring before hand as stated so arrived slightly unexpectedly. However this was not a problem.

The best £100 we’ve ever spent!! We had a dining table/chairs and bed/bedside tables delivered to our new house this morning and assembled, and all the packaging rubbish taken away. Highly recommend making use of this delivery option from Oak Furnitureland. Paul H and Nick T from the Basildon branch were efficient, polite and did a fantastic job!

Denise at Colchester store was helpful, informative and patient whilst we selected a chest of drawers.
Delivered our L shaped in December having waited the 12 weeks for promised Christmas delivery only to deliver 2 right sides. We where told to make do with the sofa until another one could be ordered from supplier, which would be another 12 weeks, not ideal and looked terrible and having had a full kitchen renovation, not the look we where going for but was reassured by Oak Furniture Land that a new one would be ordered and delivered, reassured all checks would be done to ensure we are happy with everything and also a discussion about good will when we receive the correct units. Waited the 12 weeks using 2 right sided ends butted up together, so at least we have somewhere to sit. Delivery scheduled for last night 13th Feb we had a delivery slot sent through 6pm -9pm which was very late but we where just happy to have the situation resolved. Guys turned up just after 6 they removed the couch and threw it in the back of the van, they brought first part of the new the new couch which within a second my wife said that's not right, they had sent the wrong configuration AGAIN we had ordered large 3 x 3 seater they delivered a 3 x 2 the poor delivery driver tried his best and fashioned a 3 x 3 with the old one and new and promised to have someone call us this morning, we will see what they come back with, not happy
Pleased with the bed - which was easy to put together - and the delivery was smooth and straightforward, but it did take quite a few weeks. A lot of packaging including very large pieces of polystyrene - shame to have to dispose of all of that plastic.
Delivery drivers were excellent. Furniture well packaged.
