Very professional delivery on time and an excellent product
We weren’t given a call to say the item was on its way yesterday Thursday 13/2/25.
Following my earlier review I have had lots of help from Customer Services and they resolved my long delivery time issue with a refund. All done exceedingly well. Helpful and sympathetic. I will order from them again in the future knowing they solve customer problems, quickly and efficiently.
My suite was delivered by Mark & Jack they were lovely pleasant guys very professional,They both respected my home wiping their feet and removing all rubbish from the packaging a very pleasant experience well done Mark & Jack
No problems, would go there again
All was great till asked to take shoes off as we put new carpet or put protectors over shoes. Straight start had an argument. Please make you workers respect other people home .

The furniture purchase is beautiful, friends & family have heaped praise on the craftsmanship which is second to none, the whole experience was smooth & professionally, The only reason I gave 3 stars & not 5 is, I ordered floor felt pads to go under the furniture to prevent a very expensive floor I recently had fitted from being scratched, I informed the salesman over the phone at the time, so on the day of delivery the felts to protect the floor & the furniture was not supplied, I tried on several occasions to reach out to You but to k ow avail. I ended up having four clothes on the floor, which left a nasty taste in my mouth & to add insult to injury I had paid for those self adhesive felt pads. So I gave up in the end & a week later they arrived in the post !!
We bought the Durham bedroom furniture range and we are absolutely delighted with the quality and finish of these products. We have placed an order for our living room furniture too. Just a great range of choice and you definitely get what you pay for. Lead times are a little long but are worth the wait.
