When visiting the store Mark McGivern was really accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him. He left us to look around at our leisure but was very helpful when we needed him. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family because he was the most helpful from all the stores we visited.

Every thing is just so easy. Order on line. Choose delivery day. Company keep you fully upto date re delivery time etc. Furniture delivered- just as expected and on time.
Delivery was excellent we paid for the premium delivery service and they assembled in the room we requested and took all the packaging away with them. They delivery was in the time slot specified and they were respectful of our property.
I would have given you 5 stars if it wasn’t the fact that I was given a well used cleaning kit when the suite was delivered. I emailed your customer services to inform them but unfortunately they appear to have either not bothered reading it or ignored it. Either way it doesn’t give me me any confidence in your after sales service, it appears that you’ve got my money and that’s it.!

Excellent staff and services
I ordered a Burleigh 5 drawer chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. Furniture arrived on time and was carried up to the bedroom by the delivery men who then left. My partner and I unboxed the items which were well packaged. The bedside cabinet was fine but the bottom drawer of the chest of drawers had burst off the runner and would not close. My partner tried to put the drawer back on the runner but unfortunately as it had burst off the runner the mechanism was damaged. I tried to ring Oak Furniture Land 5 times before eventually getting through after being in a queue for 50 minutes. I explained the issue to the customer service assistant who immediately offered me £60 compensation to accept the drawers in the state delivered. I of course refused as by paying nearly £600 for them I expected better workmanship. I asked for a replacement set of drawers which was quickly refused and I was offered a technician to visit to examine and fix the issue. I was not happy but accepted this as there was no alternative offered. However , no appointment until the first week in March so piles of clothes on the bedroom floor until then. I only ordered the furniture from Oak Furniture Land as I understood that they had a good reputation. However, I was proved wrong the furniture is poor quality not what I expected for £600. I wish I’d gone with Barker and Stonehouse like I usually do. The furniture was imported from Vietnam so was probably damaged n transit. I’m hoping that the technician can’t fix the drawers and they’ll issue a replacement set but I’ll not be holding my breath. Shoddy service all round and I’m so disappointed!!

We purchased 3 seater sofa recently in January end, it was a winter sale and it was informed to us the sale will end soon. Once we bought the sofa we noticed that the price of the same sofa had been reduced further .It's unpleasant experience from Oak furniture that reducing the price soon after the sale and advertising this price will end soon. We are again looking for a two seater sofa to add on,but this kind of dealing making us to think twice to take a proper decision whether is it correct choice to buy during sale and see the price going down soon after the sale.
Just had a wonderful experience in Oak Furniture Land in Cardiff Gate. Tom, one of the salesmen was super helpful and friendly. We ended up buying an ex display sofa, squeezing it in our van while all the sales team helped (including the manager Darren), despite them questioning the size of our van.
was expecting to carry the box with my order inside from inside my door to the bedroom but the lovely person that delivered it actually placed it where i wanted thank you very much
Excellent service, met with a friendly member of staff, Nas, in the Eastbourne store. Nas sorted out our order quickly and talked us through all options available. We have ordered many items from Oak Furnitureland in the past, and continue to do so, as the quality is superb. Delivery is quick too, and comes well packaged.
Absolutely 💯% for this great company. Awesome quality furniture, 10/10 for delivery, packaging, communication, everything is just exceptional quality. We bought a bed and mattress this time, (not our first purchase from this lovely place) and we have to say that this is the best bed we have ever bought ( and after 36yrs of marriage, we have bought a few), they way everything fits solidly together is exceptional, the slats are solid wood, not flimsy bendy pine! Just Brilliant cannot recommend enough.
