The service we experienced was very good, & the sale went through very smoothly. The salesman Lewis, took a genuine interest in providing all the information we required to make a decision on our final choice of a leather sofa & chair. He could not have been more helpful & patient to ensure we were happy with our choice.
Other than the wait on the phone the customer service was friendly and helpful. The issue was dealt with smoothly and I was kept informed as we went along.

From the moment my Husband and I walked into the store we were greeted by a friendly smiling member of staff. She introduced herself to us and said if we needed any help she was there to assist us. She didn’t hassle us at all which was good.
From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly offered a coffee and told not to hesitate if we needed anything. We were able to roam but were greeted by every employee we encountered. The salesman we purchased our items was a very cheerful man called Andy.
Polite and helpful staff member. I was given plenty of time to look round and was not under any pressure.Although I have to wait a few weeks for delivery I don't mind that as I have bought from the store before and the delivery is reliable.

We were looking for a coffee table. There was a wide range on display and a good number of staff to help if needed, without being pushy. We went home to measure up and be certain it would fit. We ordered online - no probs. Delivery was on the day specified and within time slot. So overall a very good experience. We’re very pleased with the table!
We were greeted and acknowledged by Mark (and other members of the team) as soon as we walked into the store in Wednesbury. We were not hassled in any way and left to browse at our leisure. Mark soon realised that we were somewhere at the rear of the store and had obviously found something that grabbed our attention. He was right! We found two beautiful sofas but were unsure if they would fit our new home. Two days later we returned to the store, adjusted our requirement and placed an order. We also started looking at dining chairs and tables. We were amazed at the very keen prices and added a dining set to our order. We would have browsed longer but our parking time was up. The following day we looked at all the ranges on the website, fell in love with more items and returned the following day to add yet more items to our order. The furniture is well made and the promotional prices meant we could afford quality furniture well within our budget. Highly recommend anyone to check out Oak Furnitureland for high quality, value for money, for any items of furniture.

The young Lady who served us was really good with us as we were very fussy over witch chairs we wanted She got various chairs for us to try with table as we only have a small width that it would be going into so the chairs needed to all go under table as close as possible excellent sevice
