Excellent Customer Services. Best shopping experience as Staff were present and immediately available for assistance BUT left you to browse the shop floor without following you around with a sales pitch. Other furniture retailers could learn from this.

The delivery crew were very excellent. We purchased a sideboard, Corner TV cabinet and a nest of tables. The furniture is of superb quality, solid and absolutely beautiful. Customer Service telephone team are fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. I changed my order prior to delivery. I received my refund within the timescale promised and everything that was discussed was confirmed by email. The delivery was as promised. The two men were very polite and courteous.
Very helpful assistant, Tracey was friendly, knowledgable & helped us to choose the right chairs for our needs and place the order. The showroom was well set out and there was a good selection of products. Our delivery time was between 7pm - 10pm, and our delivery arrived at 10.30pm. We did not receive a 30 mins away phone call, but Chris & Joe were friendly & polite & we were very grateful that they did deliver, even though it was outside of the timescales, as we had already disposed of our existing chairs, and we were expecting guests the following day. Just quite surprised at such a late delivery slot.

Friendly and helpful sales advisor, and had a good selection of settees and I found exactly what I was looking for.
A bit late in the evening but they we’re quick getting it in the house.As I paid nearly £100 delivery to include assembly, I was a bit annoyed I was given the feet to install myself. Had to call my neighbour to do it for me. Not good at my age (85).otherwise very pleased with the item.
